This is called the benefit special, its called that becouse my lil bro invented it and is nick name is benefit...im really not shure why it just is.
You take a tortilla thing and out mao on it then you crush up crackers and sprinkle them on, spread some salsa and cheese on that and then just roll it up and enjoy!
I know it sounds gross but its accualley pretty good.

poptarts tousmonde aime des poptarts. ahah
Fried Spaghetti:
Ingredients:Farfalle (pasta), any tomato sauce, franks red hot, butter and a frying pan.
Directions: Cook pasta in pot with water then when its finally soft drain it and toss it in a frying pan, pour the tomato sauce into the frying pan and stir. Wait until it starts to get darker in color and add as much franks red hot as you can handle, butter comes right before the flame goes off.
cheap vegetarian stir fry:
ingredients:brocili, tofu (or any other meat substitue kinda stuff), green peppers, onions, and whatever other vegetables you can afford, soy sauce, franks red hot, salt and pepper.
cook the vegetables and tofu in a frying pan, once to your liking, throw on some soy sauce and franks red hot. then serve in a bowl with some rice at the bottom, then i usually put a littel squirt more of soy sauce and the red hot sauce so that the rice is all yummy too, and tyhen add a little salt and pepper, usually just pepper, soy sauce has enough salt.
its really good and filling and realitvely cheap, ecspecially if you use vegetables in other meals that week.
Grilled queso omlette sandwich:
Requirements:George foreman grill(frying pan works) Tortillas, jack/american cheese, jalapenos, butter, eggs, salsa is a good add on
Instructions: Scramble an egg and toss jack cheese into it in the frying pan, flip it out onto a plate and clean the pan then grab two tortillas and put jalapenos and american cheese on both and pick apart your omlette so you can spread it inbetween the two tortillas. Put it together like a sandwich and toss it back in the pan, put a bowl on top of it to press it down and flip it after like five minutes, then add butter and flip it again. Take it out after it soaks up the butter and cut it in half, you can dip it in salsa or if you want to cut up a tomato that works. I mixed it with some seviche which was good, avacado salsa (or guacamole) works too.

my ramen!:
u will need: spring onion, pack of noodles, leftover roast pork, if possible a chicken carcass(if not a chciken flavored oxo cube), shitaki mushrooms(if not normal), soy sauce and sweetcorn, if possible cup o sake
1, slice all vegtables and pork into thinly sliced segments
2, mix veg pork and soy sauce in a bowl
lightly fry until fragrent, (abouit 40 secs on a high heat)
3,boil chicken carcass to make stock ( to do this u need a fair amount of time, if u cant be fuked jus use instant stock like oxo)
4, when the last stage is complete boil noodles in chicken stock making sure to have some left over,
lightly fry with a small amount of oil and your sake for about 1 min, simply pour the noodles with veg ino more chciken stock ( with the leftover stock you may want to spice with chilli powder)5, lastly eat with chopsticks till u cant eat no more!

also some super cheap shit to make.. good as fuck too.
whatchya fuckin need
pasta (hard pasta.. the cheap shit. any kind really will do.)
garlic cloves (not the bottled shit. fresh.)
salt and pepper (sea salt and fresh cracked pepper if ya got it)
decent olive oil (extra virgin, cold press, but whatever kind you got is ok)
extra add ins that kick ass.. fresh tomatos, basil, skrimp, or maybe even canned tuna if you can hack it.
whatchya watchya do
cook pasta al dente. (overcooked pasta is nasty) drain and set aside for now. heat up some olive oil.. hot but not fucking hot.. add some salt and cracked pepper.. cook it up for a second. slice or mince garlic cloves.. toss em in the pan. let em cook until they are just starting to brown (brown em if you want.. its all taste and personal preference) then throw in cooked pasta.. toss a bunch.. throw in a little more olive oil.. maybe more salt and pepper to taste and BAM! fuckin good and fuckin cheap.

yeah man. garlic powder is the way to go for poor man's garlic bread.
you can buy that at the dollar store.
i made congee a few days ago. it's pretty good. i make it all vegetarian and shit though.
i don't really have a recipe. but i will try to come up with something basic that you guys can just add to.
hmmm
ingredients:
-rice (preferably some sort of brown rice) white rice just cooks faster though.
-chicken or vegetable stock (i use a vegetarian chicken stock by mccormick's)
-one onion
-soy sauce
-hot sauce( the kind with the rooster on it) sariachi or something like that
that's the basic list of ingredients but you can add anything you want to it. like frozen peas or corn, tofu, whatever meat you eat, any other veggies.
so here you go.
1 if you have a rice cooker use it. if not just use a pot. ratio is usually 2:1 for water to rice. so one cup of rice with two cups of water. i use a rice cooker it's much easier and they're pretty cheap to buy.
2 wait til the rice is ready and in a separate pot boil 2 cups of water with one stock cube. or if you want more, just change the proportions.
3 after it comes to the boil add the rice again, because you want it to cook just a little bit longer.
4 add the onion (chopped or diced)
5 add whatever else you want (i usually thrown in my tofu and other veggies here.
6 Turn down the heat and let it simmmer for a little bit (it will become thicker)
7 add hot sauce and then soy sauce if you want to,
8 if you're using meat, i suggest you cook that separately and add it somewhere in the mix.
that was probably the most poorly written recipe ever. but i basically made it up after eating congee at a restaurant.

Macaroni and Cheese with parmesian cheese sprinkled over. It gives it a nice texture, some extra flavor, and more cheese :p The key is to not add to much or it overpowers the flavor of the macaroniiiiii
