K I dont want to be flamed for this but, I just gave myself an indian ink tatto on the bottom side of my rist, i just used some india ink and a sterylized safty pin and just poked the design and then just scraped a line through the holes to connect them and had been dipping the needle in the ink throughout the process, anyone else ever done this?
any comments or suggestions for keeping it clean?

Cas I'd you got that on your arm as a half sleeve you'd have to shrink it an loose all the details even with a sick skilled artist it's gonna be shit even if he redid it and made adjustments other then the fact the sketch if shit for a perminate tattoo... and if you wake up with a bloody ear, just clean it out and put the same size back in. thats what i used to do unless it got infected some how. then i'd drop a size and cure it.

I sleep in fours, and joba my ears up real good several times a day. The jewelry I have is also extremely tapered, and I don't stick them in all at once, I push them in a bit more as the day progresses. I ripped my right lobe at ten, just kept the joba up and slept in a smaller size and it healed up alright. I only want to go to 0, so I'm kinda in a rush. I think I'm going to end up leaving the twos in for a month or something though. Shit's tighter than a prom queen's butthole.

I push them in gradually as the day goes on, after a couple hours I usually have 'em in all the way. The left one's actually doing ok, not having much issue getting it in right away. And I always stretch with glass, nothing else seems to work for me.

nahh, that's way too long. just keep the 4 in, keep your ear really clean, and sea salt soak for about a week. and then wait another 2 weeks or so to start stretching again. it'll give your other ear some much needed rest too.

It's not ripped THAT bad, I took it out and cleaned it earlier, there was still a bit of dried blood, but it's fairly loose and doesn't hurt anymore. The tear is tiny, it's like a pinprick on the inside of the hole.

I'm only trying to go up one more size, lol. Six months is longer than the whole stretching process took me.

I went to clean it today and was a bit amazed at how it felt.
It's ridiculously loose, there's no more blood and I can't see the tear anymore. It's a bit red, but, (Like an idiot) I stuck the two back in. Not all the way, I have it at about four in that ear, it's very tapered. The whole jewelry actually goes in easier than it did before, but I don't put it all the way in, in fear.

So what the fuck, why's it so loose and...fine now.

You guys need to keep in mind that everybody has different skin. It's MUCH easier for people that have a little more body fat to stretch their ears. I have none what-so-ever, and it makes stretching a bitch. If you're skinny like me, I highly recommend NOT skipping sizes, and not rushing, you WILL rip your ears, believe me, I've done it.

People with a little more fat on the earlobes could consider doing it, but remember your skin might still be less stretchy than another person's, so be careful.

Just leave it alone. Virtually every piercing I have has gotten infected. It's not really a big deal. If it does get infected, light yourself on fire and burn the infection out.

its pretty easy to avoid your piercings getting infected, just don't touch fresh piercings for a month and bathe regularly.

emphasis being on not touching, your hands are dirty and gross as fuck, always. thus most people who get infections, play with the piercings using their fingers.

if you feel like an infection is showing up, flush your piercing out with a warm sea salt soak, and also use H2Ocean on it twice a day.
this will flush everything out naturally and doesn't kill the good cells in your piercing area.

it will allow for a bit of space in between the jewelry and the skin.

Right after you notice the infection, oversalt the water significantly, then wash the salt off the next day. Leave it too long and it'll dry out the wound and allow infection, the same thing rubbing alcohol will do. But get it off just at the right time and it'll work much faster than normal soaks. Couple that with normal piercing cleaner and the infection can be gone in a day. My left ear's been infected at least three times.


It doesn't matter anymore, they're long healed and at a two gauge now, lol.
I can't seem to go to zero for the life of me though. The jump from 2 to 0 is too huge.
My ears are totally healed up. It's been over a month. I joba them every day.
A really good piercist a few hours away said he'd scalpal or dermal punch them for free if I'd like. Strongly considering it. He said he'd taper them too, but the scapaling could be an epic experience.
