1. i can buy this brand thats absolutely shithouse, but only costs &#036;3AUS a can, so (reguardless of the numerous camera above the cans) it&#39;s hardly worth it. i mean, todayi stocked up on 10 cans, and it only cost &#036;28.90(again, this is aus dollars)

Its gotten to a point with me where im stealing everything but shit for graff for the most part. Its like, i stole a 300 dolla gore tex and im gonna go back and take two more and sell them. on the real, tho... I rack caps like it's a fucking job. I go to walmart or lowe's or homey despot and pop caps for hours. I had a guy come up to me once that worked there and ask me why I checked the top of every can I picked up. I told him "oh, once I bought a can of paint here and some asshole had stolen the nozzle. I don't want that to happen again"

I wish there was one specific brand of one specific product that ALWAYS had ny fats on it. Most of the time I get my fats off Elmer's Spray Adhesive in the tall cans, and my thins off Spray Fixative in the skinny cans.. but sometimes, I get a nasty medium tip off the glue, or I get a wide, inconsistant tip off the fixative. I guess it depends on the batch. Elmers is pretty consistent but it's not always guaranteed. Certain brands of oven cleaner are fat as fuck. I got some nice german outline looking caps off these new style cans of Kilz I found in New Hampshire, but they don't spray like outlines. They're a little wider, but on the plus they lay paint on a little heavier.

I think bottom line it almost doesn't matter if you rack or buy, so long as you do what it takes to get paint. I hope every toy out there doesn't just resort to stealing 'cause its the cool thing 'cause that'll make shit too hot in some cases.

But also If you buy large amounts of paint they might get suspicious of you and with all the shit their doin' nowadays to catch vandals, you gotta keep six in more than one way. How sketchy would that be to show up at the same hardware store 3 times a week with paint on your hands, buying the same colors you throw around town. Any kids that try to buy spray paint, especially multiple cans not for painting your bmx bike, its obvious what that kids up to.

I think rackin' is the way to go though, I didn't used to get up 'cause I wasn't 18 and couldn't buy paint, nevermind be able to afford it on a regular basis. If I absolutely needed to pay for paint, I would, but I'd much rather steal from some corporation.

I've paid for paint, a time or two, but I think its acceptable to rack graffiti supplies intended on vandalism, nice havin' a hobby which is virtually free. Besides, gotta save cash in case you need to pay any fines to clean the shit up, then you will end up paying for your paint!

I think rackin' is really cool and goes along with graffiti well, 'cause well, your beating the system. Its like the government stole this land and we're slaves to their laws, but when we steal paint then its like "hey, fuck you, this is mine" and when people say "hey thats not yours! -- Well I don't see your name on it" then you can gladly say "yeah it is bitch, all over, this is my spot, I'm ALLOWED to be here" because apparently 'being somewhere' aka 'loitering' is a fuckin' crime. Monkey see monkey do, any type of authority figure against graffiti, breaks similar laws on a regular basis.
