i almost got caught by the cops the other nite. my friend n i was bombin this building. he was on the other side. i just finished doin a throwie and i was lookout for him. then i see this guy walk out down the road n we bounce behind the building which is on top of a hill. then down the road i c a cop car with its lights off and its goin in our direction. im guessin the guy called the cops. so we get down and we ditch our paint. i jumped off the hill after the cop went around , ran and hid. we didnt get caught but i dont have my paint...i gotta go get it..if its still there. <_<

its all part of the game, in my graf career i got 3 charges of M.D.O.P, ummm 8000 grand in fines 300 hours of comunity service and a year probation plus i spent the weekend in jail..... so its all part of the game roll with it and heres a hint get a job.. court fines dont pay themselves...

well in my town, the all city kids that i know personally and have been busted, they told me the cops knows its you obviously, but they can only charge you for the damage that they CAUGHT you doing. like say you get busted taggin a wall. you only get that 1 charge..not charges added on for all the other shit youve done. but hey, thats just where i live...

about a month ago a few of us were repping throws on the side of some building along one of those two lane "highways". i twas pretty much dead traffic-wise. so we peaced and afterwards i got gas at the station down the street then went home. like an hour later 2 cops knock at my door, my dad answers it. yadda yadda. ithey come up into my room arrest me. police station for only an hour surpringly, mostly because my parents were there. court. charges dropped. apparently there was a show close by to the place and some kids saw us painting and told whoever, who proceeded to call the cops. the cops had nothing, but they decided to ask whoever was around the area if they saw us, and the gas station has cameras w/ my lisence plate on it. so. yeah

My friend and I were in the back of a plaza looking at graff cause we were bored one night and we ended up getting arrested just cause I had a paint marker on me and he found some spray paint in the back of the alley. So they said they found wet paint on the walls (Which there wasnt) and what they said we did had the year 1992 written next to it.

Basically I got 6 months probation. 24 hours community service. For doing nothing but walking around. And now im actually into graffiti haha. Im a lot more smart about it now though. A cop drove by with his lights off and saw us. I saw the cop right away and just started to run. Then just say its legal and you're just going home or to a friend's house to paint on canvass or you're going to a legal wall. They technically can't do shit. UNLESS you live in a place such as NY, where the have bylaws preventing youth from having cans or markers with tips wider than 5 mm. Then, well, shitty for you. Move to Edmonton:p

I've been arrested...still waiting to see what exactly is gonna happen, I think theres a pretty good chance I'll get all the charges dropped, they really fucked up, I didn't paint anything when I got caught and I DID NOT fucking admit to doing anything even though the police said I admitted to ALL the names on the building, when I actually didn't even do a few of them. Since I was underage though then anything I said before my mom was there can probably get thrown out as evidence...not like I even incriminated myself but coppers like to switch shit up and lie like crazy...they put on the forms that I don't have any known parents when my mom showed up on the fucking scene first time I was arrested (and only 'cause I got hurt otherwise they wouldn't have let her know what happened to me till the next day when I got released) not to mention the car, which they identified my by, was registered in HER name, you would think a detective can figure out that a 40+ year old woman with the same last name as the kid driving the car is that kids mom....

got caught last month as a minor, Fucking sucks so much, me and 3 friends all got away but the kid we took to take pictures (stupid idea) decided not to run. So he got arested and gave up all of our names and the cops came for us in the next couple days. 60 days probation, 25 hours of community service, Riverhead max security jail tour, counciling, and a couple letters. It has been an interesting experience because my probation officer is convinced that we are in a gang or a cult. The funniest part is the kid taking pictures decided it would be a good idea to take a dump on the train tracks, paint it green and take pictures. The cops took his camera and were so confused. Moral of the story is; don't take more than 2 people, don't paint in plain sight of people during the day, make sure your friends will run or not give you up, and don't take pics of your shit.

Actually last night I was hitting up a spot about 50-60 ft up on a building, I was on there a/c system(I think thats what it was) and as I was cutting and cleaning up the piece I look down to find a sherrif car parked below me with lights on(headlights not red n blues) I stoped what I was doing and dropped to my stomach and layed there watching him and hoping he wouldnt look up, after a few minutes he left, I continued and once I finished I saw blacked out crown vic pull into the lot, again I dropped to my stomach, but then felt stupid when It turned out to be some guy parking his car so he could catch the bus to work.

i got booked for theft and the cop searched me and found slaps in my coat with my throw n hand on em. I slipped when he asked if it was my shit n said yes.. so now hes got flicks of my stickers that he plans to send off to the local graff officer and said if theres any of it around the city im gettin charged. would they be able to make that association between the slaps and anything out on the streets? considering that they would be the exact style... i would need to be able to disassociate myself from the shit out on the streets...

But bottom line, be smart, know your area, look over your shoulder and be alert when painting, and by doing that you much less likely to get caught.
