HAHAHA theres a reason why i wasnt on this site for a long ass time, me and a buddy got busted after a week of some stuff we did, was on the tv and newspaper and shit the made a whole big deal about it. and a week later someone ratted us out i have no idea who it was, but they raided my house, arrested me at school, they wouldnt release em and shit til they searched my house was only in jail for like 7 hours, they had pictures of a bunch of my shit and others saying is this urs is this urs ect. court came along a year of probation no possesion of paint or markers anything long thoose lines. i had 50 hours, a letter, and curfew at 11pm every night. they let me off on sentincing me on that with a condition that if i dont do graffiti in the next 3 years from my last court date i wont be fined(in the court there like yah hes well known to cops, and hes all city and the surrounding areas) but my lawyer said the charges would be close to 100,000 and im 18 now so i wouldnt be put in juvy, when it happend i was under age. but yah shitty deal!!!

oh yah the other guy got off with no curfew but he cant have paint, markers ect he had mroe hours then me he had to do a letter and a 5 page essay.

Got busted once, finished a a quick liner and started to chill than the cops pull up to one of the exits,i was about to book it but friends told me not to, so i stayed and they just told us were not supposed to be on private property past 10pm and to leave.As we were walking he said you 2 with the bags stay.so i stayed and they came back and searched us, i had 2 cans left and my friend had markers in his bag and a 1footer bong lol.Brought us in and i was there for about 3 hours in a room with a metal picnic table and it was freezing.Funny thing was it was a hot girl cop that frisked me and made me strip haha.My mom had came 3 hours after i was brought in cause she couldnt find a door that was unlocked(fuckin pigs locking doors when people are trying to come in :angry: ) filled out paper work. Charged with Mischief under $5000 and than left, than i had a meeting with some guy before my court date and arranged 10 hours community service insted of court so i took that.5 hours for 2 Saturdays only did about an hour of Buffing each one(good way to get rid of Toys and beefs by buffing them hahahah) than the rest of the day came back to the Building and watched movies and munched out. :D

I sorta got busted last week. Me and two friends were downtown around 4:00 am (we were bored as shit and it was a nice night). Then three cops stopped and asked us about some kids that were running around behind some school causing trouble. I told him that we werent doing shit, just taking a walk. which was the truth aside from a couple throws and some marker bombing. Then two of them walked up to me and started reaching in my pockets pulling shit out. I told him he didnt have permission to search me and he replied "shut up kid" and threw my cell phone on the ground. they pulled out like 30 stickers from my pocket and didnt realize what they were. Then they took my safety pin with rez all over it and some empty baggies, called my mom (i'm only 16), then drove me home. He walked me in to talk to my mom, and i thought i had gotten away free aside from being out at three am. Then he asked to check my jacket, (he didnt check this earlier) i told him no, he said "your 16, you have no rights". He Found 4 pilots and a homemade mop on the inside pocket. He confiscated those and said he was gonna check the area i was in for graff and he would be back tommorow. He never showed up... But im still kinda nervous about it.

previously i had an article with a pic of one of my pieces offering a reward for info in the local newspaper. It said i was responsible for over $85,000 in damage.

good call..also its so steriotypical for police to be racist but most of them really are..even in canada.one of my black friends almost got arrested because he said "motherfucker" and these two lady cops told him he was disturbing the peace and that if they saw him riding his bike they would take it from him because he didnt have a helmet but everyone else there didnt have one and they just singled him out.and on another occasion he was rolling a j at some park neer my school and someone called the cops on him and they searched all his stuff and started swearing at him and he asked for there badge number and the cop wouldnt give it to him.so the next day he called the cop station and reported it and they just told him they didnt wanna hear it and said they call him back and never did..

i broke a kids nose the other nite and put the kid in the hospital i guess he ratted on me cuz the cops came to my door at 1 am and talked to me about that and then they mention the names i write and i denied it. i told them i hangout with writers but i dont write so they're onto me... they're comin back to my house to followup on the investigation and i dont know what to do. in ontario what do they need to bust u good? i dont wanna change my name. :angry:

but ive had a lot of close calls since then...once there was like two cops who were tryna sneak up on us but we saw their car lights so me and 2 other guys took off into the woods but we only had enough time to go like 5 feet in...the cops were so close to busting us and i was scared cuz i was still on probation for graff. then after they left we went deeper in the woods and chilled there for like an hour, and when we came out or legs and arms were all fucked up from branches and shit..

if theyre gonna come inside your house, then take out all the shit that has graff...books,magazines, clothes, any pictures, etc. and make sure u got no cans or big markers and shit...

i've been busted once, and one time alone...it will; never happen again...i've been hurt kinda bad from running before but i didn't really have an option that time.it was about one in the morning and i was out doing some tags...and i was right next to the police station, and i knew it was a bad idea but i wanted to run over there and tag the door reallllll fast and dip out. well as soon as walk over there and get my marker out three cop cars pull up and i was blocked in so i couldn't run...and i had a pack full of paint because i had intended on doin a piece that night by the bowling alley...so i got busted with three otr's and i think it was five cans of montana...maybe four.i got vandalism, and pre-meditated vandalism...500 hours c.s and a night in jail.

Question, I got busted for throwin up a tag. Someone called the cops on me because I guess they saw me do it as they drove by. Anyway, I got arrested a couple blocks down the road and charged with criminal mischief. Now, I have plenty of tags up and a couple bombs. I did a tag and walked away but my friend really wanted to do another tag on that location, so I walked around the corner, and a man walked past me. It was to late, so I hid behind a tree lol. My friend just finished his tag, but the man saw him writing, he said throw the can away. so he threw it away, the man looked at him and walked away, he didn't did a thing, cuz my friend was 11 haha.

i've been arrested about 9 times in my life... around 9 times. only 4 times for graff, the rest was for weed or being violent or being drunken disorderly or just for being an arab once. I even got arrested for 'Theft of Finding' once?!? I've had my house raided twice. Been to Magistrates court 2 times and crown court once. I've gotton off each charge scott free except one that fucked me in the ass... and that was for graff. Almost went to jail, but just about missed it coz i was at University at the time.

Plus, i never got caught actually doing graff. I was either snitched on or just came down to bad luck really, you know, wrong place at the wrong time... but whatever, i got no regrets at all.
