im on the cross country team, i do the 3.1 in 19&#39;s
the mile, my best time was 6:27, that was awhile back, with really good traning, now i do 6:50, on an average day
And that smoker comment, it don&#39;t matter, i smoke every day, as long as you eat right, and train it wont affect you too much
