Goood places to practice:
Under bridges, flyovers etc, tunnels, rivers (ive got loads near me and there right next to a train station incase i get balls haha! but right next to a big supermarket :()

Plywood, Fences, Sheds (Ive got a homemade shed made of wood in my backgarden and i paint inside it and outside and white wash it)

Whiteboards, get some dry pens and do some stuff then wash off.. perfect :D

So for me, I'm just starting and will be getting into it soon. I've been sketching latley might post some up later. Check this, I found an abandoned building complex. I am going to use the garage. It is a very long and spacious area. it's been abandoned for 2+ years, but it is still "on the market" Might change that later. But it's a sweet place, has a little room I can use that has ventilation via hole in the wall + air duct.
Not to mention the countless pieces of plywood we found (untill we get settled enough to use the cinderblock walls) it's secluded on the boarder of an industrial park with almost no traffic and lots of coverage. I'll definilty get pics for you guys cause you'd be amazed.

I can't piece well back there, the wall has a weird paint/coating and spraypaint doesn't adhere to it well, so to get a good fill I'd have to use two cans. And that also makes it drip like a bitch.

I used to practice in a creek tunnel that's always dry, it's mostly well lit too. But now there is a piece from a respected writer (I got to watch him :D) on the wall I used to practice on, so no more.

just go to google maps, google maps satellite is your friend for finding places to practice/smoke. look for rivers and such to find bridges which are ok but not the best because there not real secluded.
look for large roads or highways and just follow it untill it looks like theres a bridge that goes underneith it. the highways are the best because no one would ever see you once your in and no one walks by

Plywood is a good way to get your letter structure going if your not super solid in that area. But other than that yeah just cover it in a coat of roller paint every once in a while and VOILA! Its like a wall.

got an awesome spot at the back of a factory only like 3 other writers know about. the way in is through a padlocked gate, but the chain around it is super long, enough to let you squeeze through. massive flat walls and it backs onto bush kind of. its really chilled but you have to be quiet some times during the day because one of the adjoining factories has an open gate thing about a story up and workers sometimes do whatever it is they do there and they can see you at certain angles.

the best practice is drawing. i usually draw one little piece a night just on a piece of paper. i draw a lot in school during my classes (i live in a small town for all you people that live where graffiti is a problem and have to worry about other people seeing you draw pieces) and when i have paint i go down to a local concrete factory that is mint to practice because nobody ever goes out there to see my shit throw ups and pieces but there is so much blank space out there. there's only 2 other throw ups out there from other people and they look old. pretty much got the place to myself :D

When I started I used to practise my Graffiti inside my Dads garage, later some friends and I decided that we needed a Wall of Fame for our Graffiti and so decided to ask a local company if we could paint Graffiti on their wall, which was close to a small path beetween two buildings. They had no problem with us doing Graffiti on their wall. The wall still exists.

I'd be smart enough to beat your running ass and I'd catch you in under a minute. But foreal, hope you're keeping your cool now cause I used to run with a jitterboy and I finally just kicked his paranoid ass out cause he couldn't nerve out.

Work on them arms too, runners can't punch foshit. Don't bother with parkour either, that shit slows you down mad quick if you're relying on obstacles more then your legs.
