It's bucky from get fuzzy, the thing about trains is that its easy to get up on, run for years, if you fuck up you can start on a clean slate on a next car and you can get up fast. People will eventually start flicking your stuff and it doesn't take long to get can control down. The only downside is that if your short you may have to bring something to stand on, depending on what or how you're painting.

my town has few writers, but nothing major.
im the only one in my neighborhood which is actually pretty nice,
theres no beef with any one and my stuff will usually be up for quite a while

Also like you said white trash kids, but they were more hanging out looking to start shit and making little "gangs" then going and crossing me out...lame.. best thing to do in a small town is sketch, make stickers put em up maybe a few tags then get to a city once you move out... basically everyone i know who tryed to write got caught not long after starting ...although strange thing is, from what i hear/saw reminence of there used to be some small crew/s in my town in the 90's when there were more teenagers.

I guess the people that run the city really don't care though, because there are tags from half a year a go that are still running today. Yeah, suburbs here. There's basically no writers around here... The only "writers" are some (apparently) young kids that just paint terribly done black letters on power boxes, etc. Then there's the neighboring town's high school seniors that come to our school/town and write the name of their school on places. (Looks like shit and gets buffed within a day thankfully.) And finally, some kids with some decent handstyles that only write in tiny markers on the back of signs, barely noticeable. Ugh... at least a little diversity would be nice.

My city is small but the citys next to us are huge like LA and Universal City. Everyone here has a name but arent nearly as dedicated to writing. You hardly ever see the same tag up twice and the only pieces and bombs are under bridges and underground near water towers. their are two highschools in my city and of the two highschools makes up a total of 1 Krew which is the one Im in. Theirs another krew in my school but they all live in another city next door and pretty much never hit up the city i live in. So we pretty much own the whole city. to answer your question i walk everyday. probably 6 or 7 miles a day back and forth from the yard...my city that i live in currently is only about 40000 i think so its pretty small.but as far as driving its not so bad just park a few blocks away from where ever and dont get followed to your car.the farthest ive ever walked in a day was probably 12 miles.4 miles one way.4 miles back.then 4 miles the other way becuase i forgot someting and ended up running into some cats who gave me a ride.

Yea sounds like a cop to me, the way he says vandals and is looking for other writers, just sounds strange when you read it. But I wouldn't want to miss a chance to meet the other local writers in your area. Send him a message back, somehow to prove he's not a cop, idk, or tell him to meet you at a spot that you can see, but don't be there, be looking out for it, and don't take any paint with you, or your blackbook.

There used to be great writers in my town like ents, mais, ides, halo, scribe, but they all left to go to Denver, i'm in Colorado Springs. There are a few other writers that i've met here, but they only do trains, and our trainyard is dead, never any boxcars, so they don't get up much, plus all they do is beef. I've found a few good spots, i'll never go over a burner, or even a throw for that matter, simply for the fact that I can move over a few feet and there will be more graff in that city, and beef is pointless. Everyone hits trains here, if there were more writers that hit walls, shit would stay up, because there would be more of it, it would be hard to buff all of it. It seems like if I hit businesses and stay off city stuff it rides longer. I have a rooftop tag on a drive in auto sound down the street, it's been there for about a year, but I had a tag on a green electric box that got buffed after a few days.

And yes it's easy to get caught, when you're the only person walking downtown or on the 1 main road in town, and you have a backpack on and paint on your hands, and the only cars to ride by are cops, you look suspicious lol. Espically when rollin' solo, if I have a friend or another writer with me, man do I go all out. Power in numbers I guess, the presence of that person takes away my fears of getting busted, and if I were to go by a spot solo and say "ah fuck it i'll hit it later" and talk myself out of it, if I have another person with me, i'll hit it without thinkin twice. But since no one hits anything other then trains around here, it's hard to find someone good to write with.

I live in a town of 5,800 in the 2006 census and decreasing,moved here few months back,doing a few hollows and tags.This is a tourist town so the OPP clamps down on everything including the dank supply in my school,but with the tourists come the odd writer,Ive seen Sems hit the the town hardest,a Trik tag,and a few other randoms with one throw under a bridge,shizzle like that.
Any writers here in Central Ontario? Its been four months and Im fucking starved coming from Toronto and London.
I do expect an army of sharpie soldiers to be popping up though,with the 900 or so teens here.

I live in a small piss stain of a town. It's so hard to find other writers and safe spots. All the police know me by name and stop me every time they see me walking down the street. So I'm forced to do most of my writing at night which is shitty because I usually go solo. I've tried several times to get a crew together but nobody is ever serious about it and are really just out to vandalize something and not for the art, if anyone has any advice please help me out

I dont know ANYONE who wrote in my town, and the only graf here was a couple people who tagged a little. There are some legal walls, but its not even worth going there because anybody with a paint can goes and sprays dumb shit there.

It makes things way harder for me, because any graf i do gets 100000X the legal attention because no one else is doing it.

Ive been running around my hometown of about 500 with slaps and tags for a few weeks now for almost every night. Im starting to like this place now that its getting some color. No established writers for miles, closest is like 8 miles and their shit is beautiful. Really inspiring to go over there and just take in the variety.

Shocked I dont have the cops busting my door in ready to rape my ass for scribbling over their pretty town.

i live in a town of about 15,000 people, i bombed pretty hard here for a few months then realized that i was blowing the place up and i needed to lay low before the cops were kickin my door down, now i hit more low profile spots and i hit the rails alot more. my advice if youre in a small town, hop in your car or on your bike and go like 10 miles from where youre at and then hit up there.

Theres an abandoned school which is where I'll go inside and practice.. I've done a couple around town but I'm not gonna get crazy with it because I already poke out because I'm the only black dude with a big ass mohawk riding a skateboard

I live in the country, like basically woods. No one bombs around here. There is a few people, but not many. Well, I did a giant throw up on a local BP gas station. They are now offering a damn reward if anyone can turn me in. Of course no one saw or they didn't even have cameras or anything so unless it was a local house that saw me at 4 in the morning.. Doubt it. But everyone was talking about it... I didn't know one small throw up can cause so much shit.
