panic: you rock - thx so much for the advice - really. that&#39;s what i need - i&#39;ve only been doodling graf since about mayish - so i&#39;m still very new to it - on top of that i only doodle it once in a while and it comes in phases, also i wasn&#39;t drawing or doodling practically all summer since i was so busy - my point is i&#39;m really new to this n can afford to get whatever (nice and civil and actually useful) advice from people.

as to the art - that&#39;s what i ACTUALLY do - psy got me interested more in graf some n i like it but the sketches n junk - that&#39;s my area - i post a few things once in a while, but i know this is a graf forum so yeh... hehe.

green woman&#39;s arm is too long
perhaps some sort of shadow under her would ground her and add to the piece - suggestion... ~shrugs~

the baby&#39;s arm seems a little straighter than natural - perhaps you wanted that but it seems awkward.
the addition of the blue second lightsource is a nice touch to the color

the first figure drawing is stronger than the second - it seems more proportional overall - second one seems slightly funny but it might just be me.

i feel like the connection of the three heads could have been more smoothly done, but maybe you did not intend this. your lines have a &#39;highschool art&#39; feel to them - maybe try not making such a strong and heavy outline around the faces - nice expressions on the three- perhaps a bit more push w/ the value scale - 1-10

the woman&#39;s anatomy seems somewhat off imho... either the execution of what you were intending for the mech legs is not done right or the perspective is just off - whatever it is it makes it difficult to figure. nice push into conceptual work though

obese man&#39;s fat anatomy (heh O_o) seems off and unrealistic. head is disproportionate but dunno if that was intended. shading&#39;s ok in terms of 1-10 values but the understanding behind it isn&#39;t shown in terms of strokes as well as how shading goes such as core shading and core highlights as well as reflective etc... more pushing on the concept - good.

nice job on the charactured faces - i like &#39;em, esp one on left

like the top and bottom right faces of that one

nice job on the sandwich eating guy - his expression is strong - i think again the shading understanding could be stronger

figure too light - prolly my monitor issues - can&#39;t say much

nice job on the exaggerated face guy - stylized nicely and the lines are chosen nicely

ape is nice - you&#39;re characters seem nice - though again i feel the same way about the shading - it&#39;s not bad but i feel it could be heightened - imho imho

the wrinkles are weak on the santa imho, as well as the forshortening - that or the proportions are off or intentionally off - red suit kinda hurts the lightsource since your adding yellow was kinda random n stuff n not strong nuff to really add light. i love eggnog

back to nokos though. i have yet to see you draw, from your mind, a SINGLE character that shows even the MOST BASIC understanding of proportion/anatomy/bone structure/musculature/skin interaction, nor anything that suggests you know the first thing about light source, even just the most basic single source. and you dont need any fucking art schooling to know that shit, it comes from real life observation.
