no joke i used to sketch anime n graff bout 4 hrs a day...

then i pretty much quit now im picking up anime again... thing is use guide lines (google for tutorials on good guidelines) and study ppl in real life... the basics are really easy to pick up... like alot quicker then graff.... since biting in anime is like totally normal and okay lol. jsut once u can do the generic style u push it off in your own direction.. like me its mainly my eyes... i have a particualr way of doing em and i do the bodies abit more realisticly then some anime etc...

im starting to liek that meno... stead of colouring resketch that same sketch jsut change it around abit... then do it again and color that one... id be intrested to see how u can improve on it.

its not bad. work on it a little more. the best thing to do is, look at a real lif pic of a wrinkly geezer or whatever and try to tranfer the facial expression into your own style. for example (i only have one peice uploaded with a charac in it so here goes):

it also doesnt hurt to look at other people&#39;s characs either. take some cues from them, then like i said, try to come up with something stylish. its all about experimentation.

Microns. ball point pen. and a lil secret someone told me... use a mech. pencil with hard lead and rub it soft over the "shaded" areas and blend it with your finger..
