Its looks good as an overall idea but me being truthfull if thats your every day pair of shoes having your graffiti name on it in my own opinion is just stupid, although it just looks like a show brand name if you have tags and throws around your city its pretty heat, its just kinda like me wlaking aorund with a hoodie that had SKWINT in huge white block letters.


It looks good and nice but its just kinda heat and to wear your name is just kinda lame, like the kids who tag there backpacks.

Some advice for you: I've taken tons of art classes, and most of the time they just say oh yea thats good, nice, etc. etc. But the one thing i learned from one of the best art classes ive taken is that you should not just copy what you see. I do it all the time, look at something and copy it down on paper. It's useless, if you want a copy, take a picture. What you have to do is learn how things are built, generic structures and stuff, especially with bodies and body parts. Learn proportions and construction. Then when you're drawing, don't just draw what you see. Base everything off what you see, but almost pretend like you're just drawing from your head. You need to look, interpret, and then draw. Straight lines, angled lines, different angles, sweeping curves, and shadowing and stuff are all used to add a mood to the piece, if you want something angry or dark, use down and right diagonal lines and sharp angles with dark shading. If you want something to look large and open and almost fancy, use a lot of verticals. Sweeping lines give pictures a nice sense of movement. You have to learn to use different lines and techniques to manipulate your vision and emotions into the picture you are drawing. Remember that what you're looking at doesn't define what you're drawing, in the end, its all on you what you want the piece to convey and how you go about doing that. Hope this helps some

installation art: the grid

Tron inspired. it's a completely dark room with a black light, white tape running around the room as cicuits or cybernetic veins, and a stereo that plays an eerie ambience (which I composed)
it was the major attraction at my uni's graphic design exhibition as part of the visual perception course
unfortunately the photographer sucks, he decided to take photos of people in the room rather than the project itself... but anyhow, these are the flicks I got for now.
