Just to be anal I haven't put any of them up out on th streets and now I'm not planning onto. Reny calm down. I'm pretty sure if I did put them up it wouldn't be advertising that character. Serious question: if you just get some flick off the Internet that was not intended to be used for graffiti or stuckers and use it. Is that biting too?

I would not count it as a bite if it were altered in some way. You don't look at an OBEY poster and say that its a bite off of Andre the Giant.

What you did was a bite. You should just come right out with it and say. "I saw this turtle on the net and copied down onto a sticker." Thats understandable. Either way its all good.

veks those are kinda bland, they wouldnt really stick out to me especially if u put it on something with a bunch of tags and other stickers....

dank thats a cool little character... catchy.... u should paint ur stickers with spray paint before u color them though, then clearcoat them bitches and theyll look less sketchy with all those lines showing through...

i made these out of boredom like a week ago... im showing the back just for constructive purposes if anyone wants to make bigger stickers with usps's... any retard could figure it out but the one on top is made with 3 and the bottom one with 5, and theyre the same size, so dont use 5 like my dumb ass... these also have a layer of clearcoat, and i know they arent 'hotfiya!'

i have nothing really against them, i just feel that if i put hard work and time into mine id like to get something original back. it shows the artists skills too. not saying printed stickers theres no skill, because in many there is lol. i just like the look of handmade stuff. of course if i wanted to mass produce these bitches, i would go for vinyl prints. i just dont like any of that streaky inkjet lookin crap.

yeah well you do enough of a charac slap and it becomes second nature. i can bang out one of those faces in about 5 minutes. i work on several at a time and get 5 of them done in about 25 minutes. put in a couple hours work and you got yourself a nice collection. anyways i'm diggin those brain slaps. lets see some more.

Hahahaha, a couple turned out decent, but some look like fat fucks. My stencil burner got too hot and so it melted like 3 wide what it usually does.

And yeah Chad, I agree with plankton, Maybe do a throwie on it or something? If you really feel like doing that weed thing, get a black paint marker so it isn't transparent, your letters will show a lotttt better.

30 bucks, totally worth it. Makes cutting stencils easy as fuck, you dont have to pick it up for every line. I dunno, I like it. It comes in handy for making huge stencils. Plugs into the wall, and takes like 30 seconds to warm up, and takes less than half the time to cut out that an X-acto takes.

Just any thick enough plastic I can find. You can use the plastic off the front of old binders/ buy rolls of plastic, or just find whatever else shit you can. Packages and shit. They sell some on there, but it's kind of expensive. I've bought some before. It doesn't wear out, and is super durable, and holds its shape. If you order some off there, and don't plan on doing one bigger than like 2ft by 3ft, I'd get the e-z cut plastic. Anything bigger, get the Heavy duty.

If your into stencils, that burner is definitely the way to go. I love mine. Just make sure you unplug it when your done, I sat a table on fire in my apartment once haha.

I'm not sure if the temp is low enough to lightly burn cardboard, and not set it on fire. I'll try it tonight haha. From what I've experienced, it hasn't caught paper on fire, just charred a thin line where it went over. I'll post after I finish the experiment... Hopefully I don't set the smoke detector off.

No, unfortunately cardboard doesn't work... but it doesn't set on fire, which I was thankful, but prepared for it to happen with a glass of water.

A plus about plastic is it's transparent so you can trace sketches and shit, without having to destroy them cutting them up on top of the cardboard. Personally, I think it's totally worth the means you have to go through to find/ or get plastic.

I can cut out an intricate stencil of a life size person in about fifteen minutes.

If your looking to do small stuff, you can definitely get plastic from packaging of shit, old video game and dvd boxes, buy plastic sheeting from Lowe's, buy self-lamination sheets, or find it on other shit. (or rack the shit, if that's your thing)

If your into big stencils, you should definitely get the stencil burner and buy some plastic. You can roll it up, unlike cardboard, and that makes for easy as fuck transportation. Easy to hide as well... plus, cutting out really detailed stuff isn't fun on cardboard haha. I know. And plastic won't get soggy, and start to break apart like cardboard does after a lot of uses.

hold your can a little further from the stencil to get rid of the drips, and get like a piece a cereal box or something to stop you from spraying outside...

There's some cool stencils/ Ideas you can throw together.

Basically, you just cut out only one color on each stencil. and then spray them over eachother. Usually in the order of: background, details, and then extra colors or etc.

... You cut it out of plastic or cardboard with an X-acto knife, or a stencil burner. Don't spray stencils when you suck at making them, wait till you get decent at it, it isn't that hard.

Id take some markers to them to 'finish them off', add some detail and shit.

The 'From C75' ones are on clear backgrounds so when they are stuck on something dark the words and flowers will pop.

What'd you use for the gradient background on this?

The stickers I used were those thermal ones that dry out your markers tip so I sprayed them with white paint first so I could still use them. It went sort of greyish in some areas depending how thick the paint went on, dont know why. Must be something to do with the thermalness (new word of the day).
