Legal Age To Buy Paint

do you have to be a certain age to buy paint ? i know most of you are probably gonna be sayin go steal it and yes, thats what i usually do but i just need to know if there like an legal age or somethin

I can tell for one that you don't steal it because you would know that it is completely LEGAL for anyone of any age to get it. Oh, and it may depend on where you live. Here in canada, it is legal at any age. Try different places. Most of them don't care. If they ask you why you want it, just say you're a legal artist, or you're painting a bike or whatever.

There is a lot of places in the US (mostly in cities where there is a graffiti scene) where you have to be 18+ to buy paint. Anyway, just go to a local store and it will be written right in front of the cans if there is a minimum age.

And even if they didn't, I'de just have to take the hard way at some place urban bakery that sells montana etc, they don't give a flying fuck how old you are, the store promotes graff basicaly.

i'm in Brisbane, Australia and i haven't been to a place yet that has an age limit on buying cans.

i used to work at kmart and they wouldn't sell it to people if they looked like they were going to use it for sniffing and shit. that was a few years back tho, now i dont work there and they dont even sell cans anymore.

In San Francisco I'm not quite sure but I'm pretty sure there's no laws for that stuff in Canada. I'm 13 and I just walk down to the store with a few friends and buy some markers/paint, no questions asked and I live in Ontario so BC should be fine.

Yesterday I bought car paint because they had no other cans and secruity asked me what you doing with those I don't know why but I just said I was painting my bike seeing as it was car touch up paint it would probly work on my bike but no one at the register asked, but I look 18 even though I'm 14 it's good at sometimes cept for when they ask for ID just have to say no. BTW The paint was fukn shit I sprayed the first one stock cap it popped on me :( So I just threw that can in the park. Sparyed on wall than try doing an outline it just goes away worse than that gloss shit I first had. Probly work better on metal fences or something.
