I've got it. It uses a lot of ink up, but it drips like a faucet, and you can use it on rough surfaces and it won't fall apart like a mop. It's a really dope marker if you wanna drop the cash for it. I know all these lames on here were talkin shit for like a month about how they couldn't believe that I spen't $40 on a marker. I think it was worth it.

steal a chalkboard eraser from school!!!
if you don't have a chalkboard eraser get some furniture foam (inside the cushion) and cut it into strips and use that... it'll rip easily but it'll still probably be better than a whiteboard eraser
too late i used a whiteboard eraser and it worked anyway, it wasnt one of the ones in wierd strips and shit, and i would jack one from school but the schools near me use whiteboards like everywhere and also i dont even go to school i do homeschool cause i never woke up in the morning to go to school so my parents just said screw it and got me on this homeschool thing... but anyway it did work i took one of the shitty poster paint sharpies and cut off the whole top part filled it with ghetto krink and glued the felt on then put the original cap on it and it worked pretty good...
new mop wit pink paint i

Yes. Brake fluid and fish oil both leave you a ghost tag when your shit gets buffed. But when adding brake fluid to your ink, Dont add any more then 5 drops TOPS. The more you put in the longer it takes to dry. And we all love it fast drying ink now dont we?
Chrome rusto+paint thinner+2-3 drops brake fluid + emptied out zig 2 way = Just as good as OTR
"Burner" and its completely free if you rack it. Come on now, which one does your heart tell you to choose?

kk its a pretty crap ink mixture but it works for dribble text
kk get a marker and den buy some black shoe polish (onli black if that is the marker colour)
add shoe polish into marker but do NOT fill heaps if you do it will be like diareha
add a few drips of metholated spirits to the mixture
now you got ur texta put in a sealed bag kept uprite until u want to use it otherwise it will run
dark\gbk
02-06-2006, 02:45 AM
yes brake fliud works well
it eats into plaatic in glass but u need to add a mixer like metho to mix the brake fluid and ink together but always remember not to much
definetly use brake fluid not fish oil
what is up with the fish oil anyway???

I have a question, im just wondering if any one have ever moded the poster master marker. You know the one's that are exactly like the montana mini's with the nib that pushes in, Yeah you get my point. But i want the nib just a little less wide, so has any one ever basicly cut the nib in half so its half as wide? Im just wondering so i don't fuck it up, I thinking that it shouldnt . But yeah i hate getting markers and fucken them up so yeah.

This kid i was chillen with had a yellow one. Im not sure about that blue, but ive seen this kids tags that i did the same night at the same time, and my ghetto krink is still running strong. montana gives shitty ink. You can learn to drip with them, but they definitly dont leave a ghost. My advice to you, Enjoy that marker. Hit glass with that shit because he did something on a bus stop window and its soooo nice. But it was on the inside, hence it still being fresh i suppose. You really cant go wrong with a kiwi+ homemade. Or a 2way+ homade ink. Its free to if you rack. Buy caps with your money. Or just save it for pint bottles of heiny.

montana markers are water based paints. They come off with water and a little rubbing. They are nice, bright colors, good opacity. The bad thing is they are EASY to buff. You can get drips and they write ok. definately a good marker to refill with some better ink when it runs out

Hey epeople i got some issues whit my flowpens, i don't wanna double post so check my post in Toys tread, i had no idea where to post this one so i guessed it was a rather okay place to post it, follow the link here Flowpen wet Cap issue (http://bombingscience.com/graffitiforum/index.php?showtopic=2038&view=findpost&p=510493) to the post, and if your too lazy, my problem is that when i cap my flowpens, after a while ( 'bout 20-30mins ) i see some ink buildup at the ring where the cap ''grabs'' on the upper part of the marker, even if the cap isn't flooded or i did`'t overpump it. Well for more info follow the link and if you can help me out, please do so, i can't open my marker since im too scared i'll get ink over myself and i can't really do anything about it since im at school :C
ThanKS!

Pilot jumbos are the best marker as far as it being cheap, refilable, and like, The honda civic of markers. You can modify the fucking hell out of it.
But a flowpen with a fresh nib on it stil gives you buttterrry lines.
Regardless, homemade ink+ mop is still my favorite thing to tag with, regardless of it not being a maker.

just use a little water

ive used it in a home made marker and none of it has been buffed yet so i guess it works alright?

alright thanks to everyone who answered my question, i hate that they are easy to buff tho, thats gay... that it can get buffed with water and friggin rubbing, but in my city the bus stops get buff the day after, unless its on the like cover of the advertisment on the side, then they just leave it until they put up more advertisements. But then again its the same for everything in my city they buff the glass the next day

I made 2 mops it depends on what you use it on like my green one the tip is ripping a little bt because of the surface i used it on, but since it ripped it drips better so yeah they dont last to long if you use them alot...

Homemade Meanstreak:
Take a pot and go to your stove.
take any color crayon you want (wax crayon)
take a bit of bucket paint (whatever color)
mix 1 part paint to 3 parts crayon
melt to liquid form in pot
stir untill blended
poor into an empty Sakura brand Meanstreak tube
put the cap on & put in the freezer over night so it hardens back up
go write on shit!
(you can mix & match colors for some crazy color combo's)

paint thinner ruins the sponge on the nib. it dries it out and it will eventually disintegrate.

Ey just a lil contribution...if u wanna real lightweight nib that drips like a bitch n yer still rockin the books--check out yer science room (If youre doin certain kinda experiments involving crystals&fluids the testtubes should have foam/spongey covers--these can get stuffed in any fuckin container (pop bottle, shampoo bottle, u name it, its fat)
glue the bitch in n bug out--the nib'll go fast if u hit rough shit, but the drip is phenominal
N another thing is to take a paint touch up kit (find them at your local hardware store--oh shit by the way, Home Depot supported the republican party in '04, so if your ass is hardcore political, stick it to Menards or Lowez *****aaaaa)
--Anyway there should be a real light app at the end with a sort of rubber part connected--get a knife, cut the inside hole of it wider (about 1cm-2) that should make the paint flow without having to put pressure on the nib)--then just fill w/ paint and enjoy
Good luck

That is so orgasmic, dude I envy your marker hardcore, pink is like my fav color ^^... The best marker in my opion is a flow pen I like mine alot, they do leak alot however, umm i would go with making your own... honestly... but to tag black books go with prisma colored pencils or a sharpie because prisma colored markers stink really bad and they leak through alot of stuff...

EHHHHH WRONG ! Open your pilot up and pull out the felt, there will be a canister at the bottom, remove that. fill the space the canister took up with a few cotton balls and over saturate with ink, put the felt back in, oversaturate that with ink, move the pin up in the nib so the nib sticks out less.... that's a recipe that kicks the flowpen in the balls....

Just made a mop out of thoughs markers you used to draw with in kindergraden!
1) take lid off the marker
2) Rip nib out
3)take of the lid part on the back
4)take out the sponge think that hold the ink in out.
5) Replace the old nib with yer new nib...(what ever it is)
6)pour in your ink from the back
7)put the back lid on and tape it up so there is no leaks
8) Put the lid on and run with the wind!!!

wrong for ghetto krink its 2/3 rustoleum aluminum bucket paint (or any other oil based paint will work) and the 1/3 thinner more or less depending on how drippy and what type of mop your using.
In a few days i'm going to make some aluminum/blue ghetto krink and put it in a modified shoe polish mop!!! Pics coming within the week when i get my camera!

sakura's are one of my favorites because they are pretty permanent on most surfaces.they tend to get fucked up on rough surfaces.and you can scratch them off of window surfaces.in some ways they are like big crayolas, crayolas aren't that permanent even if they are oil based.they wash off.

how do you use a sock as a nib?do you just stuff it in the end of the barrel?

you could i guess, but how i do it is cut a strip of the sock off and roll it up and put electrical tape around it so it fits in the marker good that it wont fall out or fall into the marker, then i'll cut around it so it doesn't have a bunch of threads hanging off the nib
i put a sponge inside the "barrel" and i get a piece of sock and lay that over the top then wrap tape around itSUPER DRIPS

ive always used just watered down paint with some other shit in it as ink until i finally whent out and bought some thinner just for it, but when i did: paint-water- thinner and shook it up in the marker, it like fucking turned into part gummy "gak" shit that cloughed everything up!

iunno i usually just use the polish it works fine, it's just not very permanent, so i guess if your just into fucking shit up and causing damage then the polish isn't that great but it still gets the job done if you're too cheap to go out and buy ink or make your own.

i was thinkin of an idea for a homemade solid marker, if you used like a regular pushup deoderent stick thing, cleaned out the deoderent, took like a bunch of crayons or something and melted them down, then add bucket paint or spray a little spraypaint into the melted mix, then pour it into the empty deoderent stick and put it in the freezer, and there you go a solid marker for huge lines, but im not sure if it would work and i dont think i have any crayons lying around the house and i dont have any money to buy them and too lazy to rack, so can sombody try this and tell me if it works?

But in the movie "Dirty hands destruction of paris city", The writer, Oclock' or otlook or something, he uses a REALLY wide marker, but its deffinitly not a ultra wide because i paused it and really tried making out what it was. It wasent a mop because there werent dripps, and it just dident write like a mop would.
And it wasent a tagster because it was circular once again.
Sorry to waste space and ask this, but i fucking want that big of a marker, and it dident seem to be a homemade.

ive never seen a huge marker that doesnt drip, so i dont know
i think gnarltron asked the cap is off a boxer deoderant
the bottle is one of those body shop hand cream things
huge markers that dont drip can be made

Hard to buff comes with a type of ink thats harder to buff, and the flowpen comes with flowpen ink, which comes out of the marker nice, but fades fucking SOOO quick.
My flowpen is full of ghetto krink.
I bet the marker i was wondering about was a moded marker.

Basically boys and gurls the most easiest way to make a maker on earth... would b going to ur local stapples or stores similar too dat...n look for a contanier tats says "DABnSTIC" which has paper glue in it... no go home rinse out all the glue out of the container... basically.. fill ur fav color ink with it....it works fine n very BOLD....n if u dont wanna buy ink....use the ink from pens tats flows up and down....put not ink (pens) tats in a tube..... ;)
---so there u have it easy way to make marker or should i say replace contanier.....---->WeSt...
