This camera is SO difficult. The thing that holds the batteries always falls out, thus shutting off the camera, there are NO batteries in the whole house capable of charging it, and it's full of stupid shit from my sister...

if i do it on a glue stick or something and then plug it with whiteboard eraser bits (the ones from school) then often i cant find a lit which then fits because i now have the eraser in it. and then the shit just leaks cos theres no fitting lid

Close-up of 3rd. I used a really fat sponge for the nib, and hot glued some leaky spots. I used a long, skinny nail in order for the ink to flow a little better. The lid still works for it.

This was an ink pad roller. It had some ink already in it. I emptied that, filled with GK, and stuffed with a makeshift sponge thing. This one started good, but now it's pretty bad. It leaks a lot.

Made from an Acryllic Paint Bottle. Folk Art is the brand, for specifics. It's got a perfect amount of squeeze-ability to it, one of my better ones. Only problem is getting a cap for it.

I didn't bother getting one for the Kiwi. Also, the battery was dying, and the card was full of my sister's stupid ass homecoming pictures.

if u got the kiwi with the triangle nib dont try and take the sponge off, just push both ur thumbs into the white part just under the red part under the sponge then sort of push ur thumbs up and it should pop off if its the other kiwi mop i dont kno coz i dont use em...

What you need:-
Knife
Small/Mini shampoo bottle
Black tape/normal tape
super glue
Old sock
sizzors
rubber gloves
ink of choice

Step 1 :-

Take empty shampoo bottle and cut a small piece of the top..and throw it away..ye dont need it!

now with this gone the cap SHOULDNT fit..it should wobble about..dont worry we'll sort that later!

Step 2 :-


Get the old sock and cut a piece off...any size..you'll need it to b bigger that the size of the nib..so ye can get a nice tight fit!

roll it into a sqausage...and pull it tight..make sure it fits the night leavin a little bot of space...wen its the right size cut the rest of the sock off put it to the SIDE * ye'll need it * and get the black tape and wrap it around the nib..not to much tho..onces its wraped..get the bit of sock from the side..and pull it ober the top..makin the nib smother not all bits hangin everywhere...it'll give ye clean lines ;) now wraped that in black tape at the same part ye did before..little by little until its hard to get it into the bottle...but ye can get it in! cut all that threads and that are hangin off the bottom makes it easyier to get into the mop

Step 3 :-

Now this is the hard part....fillin it up with ink get gloves on to do this..

depending on what kinda of ink yer usin...if its liek grog and that...add a mixin ball into it..if its homemade..fuck it!

and filler up!

fill it about 3/4 dont wanna over load it..

Step4:-
now that its filled it..stick yer nib in ;)

get the super glue and glue all around where the nib and bottle meet!

Step5:-

remember that the lid is wobble...so lets fix that..
get the black tape and roll out bout 3 inchs of it...and get the sizzors and cut it striaght up the middle!

y'll only need one side of it...now stick it to the bottom part of the marker...where the lid meets at the neck..and stretch it...and wen ye get to the last part..get the glue and super glue it down...

and done! this has to be my fav marker at the moment.. small and its squezy... get some dripps from it too!!

good marker step by step.

however, it looks just like one of the 1246 mops, only homemade with a sock for a nib. The bottle looks the same and is probably just a squeezable.
A little note: when filling your marker, use a funnel. It makes it alot easier. You probably wont even need gloves if you are careful enough.
I found it funny how you used Grog Chrome in the step by step and then at the end you had to say "Dont use Grog Chrome..." smooth move...

why is it that EVERY(10ish) time i try to make a homemade marker it leaks on me.... i always use chalkboard eraser felt and various bottles. roll on deoderant, sour spray shit, etc. and last time i made a tic tac marker it leaked sooooooooooooo badly.

yeah. got back from a run last night to michaels and office depot. no staz on mops, but staz on ink pads. and "concentrated pigment" i had already racked the felt for the staz ons, and went to office depot to find them. nuthin there, so i just got a whiteboard cleaner. rolled up the felt to use instead of the old tampon, because im too damn impatient to let it dry out, (it had all damn night) and getting ready to refill.

and FYI

Foray Whiteboard Cleaners open normaly, counter clockwise, same way as a coke bottle.that threw me off for like 10 minutes. had my hands on too many zigs and garden crafts. hahaha

What you need:-
Knife
Small/Mini shampoo bottle
Black tape/normal tape
super glue
Old sock
sizzors
rubber gloves
ink of choice

Step 1 :-

Take empty shampoo bottle and cut a small piece of the top..and throw it away..ye dont need it!

now with this gone the cap SHOULDNT fit..it should wobble about..dont worry we'll sort that later!

Step 2 :-


Get the old sock and cut a piece off...any size..you'll need it to b bigger that the size of the nib..so ye can get a nice tight fit!

roll it into a sqausage...and pull it tight..make sure it fits the night leavin a little bot of space...wen its the right size cut the rest of the sock off put it to the SIDE * ye'll need it * and get the black tape and wrap it around the nib..not to much tho..onces its wraped..get the bit of sock from the side..and pull it ober the top..makin the nib smother not all bits hangin everywhere...it'll give ye clean lines ;) now wraped that in black tape at the same part ye did before..little by little until its hard to get it into the bottle...but ye can get it in! cut all that threads and that are hangin off the bottom makes it easyier to get into the mop

Step 3 :-

Now this is the hard part....fillin it up with ink get gloves on to do this..

depending on what kinda of ink yer usin...if its liek grog and that...add a mixin ball into it..if its homemade..fuck it!

and filler up!

Step4:-
now that its filled it..stick yer nib in ;)

get the super glue and glue all around where the nib and bottle meet!

Step5:-

remember that the lid is wobble...so lets fix that..
get the black tape and roll out bout 3 inchs of it...and get the sizzors and cut it striaght up the middle!

y'll only need one side of it...now stick it to the bottom part of the marker...where the lid meets at the neck..and stretch it...and wen ye get to the last part..get the glue and super glue it down...

and for relevance: terracotta markers are just as good as Zigs, and if you rack the smaller, bullet tipped ones, you can fill them with GK (that also works with the small woodcrafts with the chisel tip)

I'm not sure why GK works better in the small ones.

i just got a whiteboard cleaner. rolled up the felt to use instead of the old tampon, because im too damn impatient to let it dry out, (it had all damn night) and getting ready to refill.

and FYI

Foray Whiteboard Cleaners open normaly, counter clockwise, same way as a coke bottle.that threw me off for like 10 minutes. had my hands on too many zigs and garden crafts. hahaha

i cut the felt to be the same height as the old tampon. then rolled it up to the same thickness. put it in, and refilled it with ink, then let the excess drip out, the nib; pilot style. nice wide ass staining lines. felt works really nice.

Might involve a technique of getting really close, like touching, for the ultra thin lines, and then pulling away and squeezing hard for the thicker lines and drips.
With a bit more control and practice, you might get some sick tags using something that.

As for now it just looks like a squiggle.

you gotta pull out the old nib, and stuff felt into where the old one used to be. cut out some felt the size of a quarter, and stuff it in with a spoon or a credit card/ID. i use two layers of felt. the reason they suck is, atleast the stampendous's, is that they have RUBBER(or latex) under the nib. and it restricts flow than a mother fucker. i love mine. pretty much the same as a bingo, but more pocket sized.

but the one you really want to look for are the knock off ones of those...they have fatter and replacable nibs....

99% sure DED mops have more durable nibs called "mo hair" nibs. and they drip more.
