my fav marker right now is a contact-lens solution mini bottle filled with ink. works on anything and makes droopy long ass dripps on metal and non-porous surfaces, and then you can spray hands on a fence or brick or anything and fits in your pocket. fun fun.

I'm sure any metal body would work. Like a Marsh 88 body. But those nibs are probably thinner than what you're looking for. I just recently got into the whole marker and mop deal but my best suggestion as far as availability goes would be a sharpe magnum body with a chalkboard eraser nib

I remember Vagrant noted this out that you should use whatever body has the little recycling thing at the bottom with a 2 in it at the bottom of the body.
I'm pretty sure a Soultip marker would work since my silver grog didn't eat it to shits.

the numbers are basically the same thing as pete/hdpe, but just with a number classification.
1= PETE
2= HDPE
4= LDPE (low density)
5= PP (Polypropylene)

the safest class to use for most inks/paints is HDPE or 2.
they use that grade to carry and transport chemicals and shit.

Dam H3TT1NG3R never had acetone do that before and its like the only base i use on pen ink and never had a problem with it and i made one of those tic tac markers before and used 2 containers. glued the lids together put ink in one side and used the other as the cap worked like a charm.

i have read that if i use silver pigmented ghetto krink, it will clog up the nib and the pump. What i havn't read is if using ghetto krink without silver pigment will clog up the marker.

minireal spirits
oil based pigment (blue)
and DOT3 brake fluid

i use rusto bucket paint in zigs often.

it will dry out your nib fairly quickly. but if you where to just toss the nib in some thinner when you get home. i think it would last alot longer.

but zigs are free so i dont worry about it.

well its pretty damn thick so i'm guessing paint..i have the blue and its a pretty nice color, the silver looks pretty cool never seen it in person though ...but you could try looking through youtube for some reviews or just a picture of what the silver comes out like... hope this helped

kinda off of the general marker topic here but i just made a marker out of a tic tac container, here's a click of it, i just used a felt for the nib, and put cotton in the body so all the ink wouldn't run out at once. it works suprisingly well, i just need an idea for a lid. sorry about the shitty flick.

thats actally pretty smart, so just stick a nib in the white part, and it will just stay there, and when you need to refill it just remove the nib and dump some ink into the cotton inside and replace the nib?

You can make it realllllllllllllllllyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy thin and itll still look dope.
Try adding 20% more thinner or xylene.

This was my first kinda ghetto-mop. Made it in like 10 mins. Just a contact solution bottle with blue paint and alcohol and contact solution to thin it out. Used a sponge (dunno what kind) and poked a hole through it and put a little tube inside so I could squeeze it for drippy paint.

It is exactly like the otr tagstar but mine doesnt have the unscrewable back. Also this one is really streaky. I filled it with my own ink and it is really streaky. Anyone know how to resolve the streakiness?

there is no regulator and i need the cloth or itll leak all over the place. The quality of the ink wont matter, it flows through the nib fine, its just that there isnt enough ink reaching the nib that was the problem.
