i just put this together last night:

1. take a highliter, one of the bignes and cut off the nib and a little of the plastic tip so you will have more room to put in your new nib

And what ever you do put this in a baggie. as long as your mix is good it will be realy realy drippy. Also try and find a one of those clear highliters that way you can see how much ink you have left.

Yes you can, but the only thing that works is actual inks. All you have to do is pull out the nib at the top. and pour it in slowely..cause its a small hole..make shure not to pour to much in cause you only need to drench the foam mesh thats in the tube..and the pentel one..im pretty shure you can pop it off or unscrow it on the top somewhere..get a pair of plyers or vice grips and try...sometimes you have to twists it the oposite way then normal on some markers.

First get a toilet paper roll,a shit load of white pastels,some yellow ink(i used this drawing ink stuff) a metal pot,and a stove.

spray your toilet paper with paint to protect it and make it waterproof.

Pastels are like solid oil paint sticks.
they are solid so when you melt them to gether,to make a big one the pastels are still hot,so you freeze em to make them solid again,and it stays solid at room temperature.

Hey I&#39;m new to the site and forum (this is my first time posting) but I have been writing for four years now... One of my personal favourites is a good shoe polish conatiner that you have to press the nib in to have whatever is inside flow... I filled mine with homemade ink made from thinner, and car paint (I airbrush on the side so I&#39;ve got lotsa that paint). The great thing about using the car paint, besides it being opaque, hard to buff and as drippy as you want it, is that you can get it in absolutely ANY colour and mix your own too. The accual cans of the paint (I use OMNI) are about &#036;15.00 for a pint depending on the colour. It might not sound like a lot of paint but mix it with thinner and you can fill a hell of a lot of markers with it.

that idea with the streakers is pretty good.. matter of fact i&#39;ve done that before.
but, it needs something to make it permanent. the crayons is a good base for a solid and color, but i think adding ink or something would make it even better, cause crayons are too hard, and mark really bad by themself.

terra cotta marker. theyre real hidden, but if you know what
terra cotta looks like, it makes it easier to find.

My marker I made from a hotel shampoo bottle.
Eraser nib,super glued it in place,and injected the marker with thinned out paint with a syringe.

Im not quite sure what you mean, but if the cap dont fit just put tape around the end of the marker until you can fit a film canister on it nice and snug. I seen it before on this thread i think.

3. Fill it with 2/3 with paint, rest with thinner(a.k.a. krink)

yeah i got one of those that im expiramenting with
the nib is all hard from trying to use spray paint in it

the marker shells like that DO NOT WORK with krink. the pump system and the nib are designed for pigment INK. not anything PAINT based. but i know for a fact they work super well with inks (homemade or otherwise)

i would deffinitly say a zig posterman, you can pick them up easily not having to order them and once the ink is done they are easy to refill.

Ok i made this bingo dabber marker drained it and fillied it with paint ,( yellow) took the little dink thing out of the nib. slapped it back onto the bingo container, went to go write with it and the fucken thing had so much flow that i had to toss the thing in the dam dumpster it fucken all flow out of the container like anus does with shit.
was it because i filled the bingo with kyrlon yellow paint? Hit me up with some answers and suggestions

you siad you took out the dink thing out of the nib, i think that thing is to restrict the flow, so you dont have too much.

try doing it but keeping that peice in, that way you only get a little paint instead of
all of the paint.

yeah it will leak if you only use alittle sponge but if you fill the bottle alittle bit less than 3/4 with the sponge it will onlt flow when you squeeze if you dont squeeze the its just like a normal marker ;)

OTR HTB ink isn&#39;t bad... only think I really have to compare it to is stock inks (other OTR, std. pilot, montana [not the ink refils, so it really doesn&#39;t count], etc. etc.), krink, and home made ink... i had an otr about a year ago and i used the ink it came with and my old tags are still up but they r fading so they fade but not in like a month, about a year until they become very transparent and non readable so i would suggest jus addin thinned bucket paint it stays alot longer

one good idea i heard from another thread was using a chap stick container. Clean it out, melt some wax to seal it at the bottom then fill it up and get what ever you want for a nib. Works pretty well and is tiny. Props to who ever posted that before

get a zig posterman, or a zig woodcraft, or a zig 2way glue marker.

empty and fill with whatever ink you want.
much better and easier than some crappy deoderant crap thats going to leak on you.

I made my first marker an hour ago. I used a hotel mini lotion bottle, a blackboard eraser, and Kiwi instant wax shine. I don&#39;t know anything about marking markers or ink, but I think the kiwi instant wax shine is going to fade. So everything&#39;s good except I need to think of better ink/paint.

I bought some ink today. A small bottle of red, silver, and a big bottle of black. I racked some kiwi black color renewer this morning. I haven&#39;t swithed the crappy wax shine that is in my marker yet but the renewer I got today seems to be just as good as the ink.

snap it all together, and shake and convince tip to take ink. i dipped mine in ink so i wouldnt have to wait, but then it can dry out early when there is ink in it, just dont be retarded with it.
