If there has been past incidents of graffiti or wet paint in the area that gives them probable cause. For those under 18 if your out past your curfew they can search you with probable cause. Don't get into a conversation with a cop, he may seem really nice and start talking about where you go to school, sports, etc., but they're really trying to set you up for you to say something that gives them probable cause. Oh, and acting jumpy and nervous gives them probable cause too.

You should duct tape the can to the top of your head. You dont need a watch out just hit it quick and be out. chances of being caught are all up to you. Hit as much as possible but dont be dumb and dont get greedy, those 2 things will increase said chances. Get a decent a decent handstyle down and it only takes 2 to 4 seconds to do. not long. go at night. the day depnds on the spot go out one night and dont paint if need be just do some recon so you can see where people are and arent remember good lookin spots esspecially those that are blacked out at night and highly visible during the day. finally get out there and do the shit and stop askin so many questions.

Hard to say. I wrote "CHiBi" when I was like 9 years old at a park in a sharpie.
But that was just for lols. I started writing when I was 12. hardcore tagging,
some throwies, etc. But it wasn't late 13-ish until I started getting away from the rest of the writers I knew who were just in it to be badass and I started taking it seriously as an art form.
