look at doomsayer for instance, when he 1st came here, it was wack that stuff was off ta the fullest, but look at him now, he took the crits, he participated, and got better, and now his work is wall worthy

Put it into paint and get it to the size you want it to be on the net and then upload it. When you have it in paint hit CNTRL+W then resize the percentages till you get the right size, then save it and upload it.
