The bottom one I just did a basic keyboard letters with some space mixed in, I thought it looked okay I guess, you could just play with the spacing and probably come up with something tight. Excuse my lack of flow, I was a little out of it last night.

Bay: The hole in the R should be a little more centered. The W needs the top of the middle raised, and the split at the bottom shouldn't come up that far, otherwise it looks like an H. The E is bigger than the rest of your letters, and needs some lines on the inside.
