A Bayonne man's property and the 22nd Street Light Rail station were vandalized with graffiti Saturday night by a Jersey City man and a juvenile, police said.
John Ramirez, 19, was arrested at 11:53 p.m. and charged with criminal mischief, police said. The boy, 16, was not charged.
