its not blue paper, its white, he filled it with highlighter, and that yellowis neon does not scan well, so he put a black light on it and snaped a flick. (i think)

ok. this happens every time i take a picture with my blacklight on. so heres what i did.
throwie fill: yellow highlighter or whatever u wanna call it.

boobies/cloud:pink highlighter.

throwie outline: lime green sharpie.

and as for the paper: i used regular blank printer paper. the effect only came from my blacklight. christ&#33; stop debating over who did what people&#33; its pointless to talk about who cheated and who bites. everyone gets better so just accept the fact that theyre at that point in there skill level, get over it, and drink some yoohoo

dude, the paper looks like that when u put a black light to it, i dont understand how u guys are confuseing this here. highlighter shows up (glows) in a black light, yellow being the most bright. because the paper is white and the black light is kinda purple it just reflecs it so it looks blueish. 1nOnlyBaze i know u did not bite. all i see is some entries "disquallified for cheating" and some dude denying it, then admiting to it in a later post. hence my bite comment. i took it that yours was still up there so u didnt bite. its kinda common sence.
