i would totally be a good contribution to this thread by being a mod

id want to be in either genaral discussion or battles

i would be a good decision for a mod in either, or both of hose, not ony because this is my main place im at, but also because i will make sure everything runs smoothly, daily, and will function without problems...when theres beef, i will pm both, or as many as i need and work it out to ensure the problem wont sho up again...i go on bombingscience every day, so thers no worrys that the thread will go unwatched for more than 5 hours...i love battles with a passion, and i feel everyones pain and agravation when the polls/new battles arent up...i want nothing more than new battles

im interested in being a mod here because its a pet peeve of mine when people continuously beef and nothing constructive to the thread takes place, i would like to be a big step in getting rid of that...and i would love to see myself lead the battle threads, i would also like to referance 1nonly baze...i think me and him would be a great addition to the battle threads

I would like to be a mod for the Toy Forum section of the website mainly, but I believe that I would also be a good moderator in the Battle Forum (which is currently in desperate need of another moderator with koper on hiatus?), the General Forum, or the Tool’s n Tip’s Forum for the most of the same reasons that I would be a good moderator for the Toy Forum that I will discuss in detail below.


2.) Why we should even consider you? This part is very important. Convince us to make you a moderator. What have you done? What ideas for improvement do you have? Insulting or badmouthing BS isnt a good start.

I think that I would be a good candidate for many reasons. Firstly, I have been around the site for three years, and a good member of the site for two years, since I first joined at that time. I have never been warned, suspended or banned. 71% of my posts have been in the Toy Forum, which I hope to mod. Many other members of the Toy Forum have benifitted from my advice, which I try to give to those who ask for it regularly. In the thread, "Bombing Science as of Now" as well as the "Toy Story" thread other members have recommened appointing me to a moderator position.
I am constantly open to others looking for help progressing or otherwise, offering my assistance through Personal Messages along with the advice I constantly give in threads. I put as much effort and thought as possible into my advice and critiques and they, and therefor my posts, are generally signifigantly longer then others. My message box is constantly full with conversations with other writers.
While I am not the best writer by far, and I know my place in the toy forum. I have improved drastically and vastly since I first joined and I believe that I can be a role model for newcomers otherwise feeling intimidated by the great skill level of many others on the site. Some much older and respected members, such as "proper" remember me from when I first joined.
I have always been active in the Feedback Forum as well, showing my desire to strive for the best online community we can achieve. As for things that I would and hopefully will try to achieve as a moderator include keeping threads as clean as possible from BS and beef, and trying to instate a new policy of giving advice or opinions before asking for them in the blackbook threads, which has long been a problem. Finally, I will also try to close down many of the threads that I feel serve us no true purpose but to bump down more usefull threads and to give new members a place to postwhore.
A last thought is that I also believe that I am would be a fair and impartial judge for disputes and punishments in terms of conduct in the forum breaking basic rules that are set down for order.

As a current moderator reference, tricks for kids, Kayone, and Sumoe will all back me.

I want to be a moderator because I believe that I can have a positive influence on the forum as one. For the forums to be as good as they can be, especially the Toy Forum, with its incredible turnover rate, there need to be a larger number of moderators to effectively keep everything in order.


5.) When did you sign up? And what prior acount names have you used (we as mods can track what accounts you made in the past, even your secret accounts)

I did have several previous accounts on Bombing Science, but I have now long forgotten them. This has been by far my longest kept and most used account. It records me to have joined in November of 2005, but even besides my previous small accounts, I was constantly browsing the forum for a year before joining and becoming an active member.


6.) And finally, you must include a piece of graf which you consider to be your best work. Keep the pics a reasonable size please.

Here is a recent sketch that I consider to be some of my best work. It is a pen freestyle in a notebook, colored with prismas afterwards. To compliment this, I will soon get pictures of my "true" graffiti in New York City including paint in the subway tunnels.

-I think that i would be a good candidate for this forum because it is what i expertise in.i contributed %55 of my time on the forums helping other people out.i am a dick at times though,but i am only because people are either making useless post or topics.i see a lot of topics that need to get locked and i see that some of the moderators of that forum arent doing the job.i am always willing to take questions,spend money,and do countless experiments to get the job done.i am willing enough to take the job to help others when help is needed,give advice,and correct others.the good thing about me is that i can accept mistakes,i can ask for questions,and i can ask for help also.i am active everday and i will try my best to squash ebeef and help to make a better,more educated community.i have experienced many things in my past that will benifit the future of the forums.i will act maturingly towards other users in need.

-The main reason I should be a great mod is because I know what leading a group of indivuals is all about. Iuse to be a manager at my old job 'cause I came in did my work and got everyone to do theirs. I don't like slackers. I push everyone to better themselves. Also i'm not a postwhore, I don't flutter the boards with nonsense, which I despise. I want to be in charge of the Picture Gallery section because theres to much toy-ish junk filling up the space. It's not necessary. It prevents to stick with the site. The Battle Thread because I want to be in charge of the HandStyle battles. All the battles are always late and i'm a very punctual person. Plus i'm pretty good at handstyles.

-I know Cyras1 personally so that would be my top consideration.

-I'm tired of all the stupid shit on this site. I want to make it a better place so everyone can enjoy this site like before, 'cause we all agree it was pretty dope back in the day.

1. I would mod wherever needs it the most. Personally I'd pick General Discussion and the Picture Gallery

2. My friends say that I'm cool? I moderate two other forums and I've done pretty good there. Main thing I dont like on BS is when you go through a thread and the first page is all good content and then people start beef and the rest of the thread is ruined because people argue. I'd like to be able to be in a position where I can stop it and not just complain about it.

3. I don't really know any of them, don't know if they would vouch for a stranger

4.I like bombingscience and it could use some more regulation to raise content levels and make the forums better on an individual thread level. More content, more entertainment, more good word and more positive contribution. I would most likely be going through threads and checking whats being posted. Pages and pages of beef or JA arguements don't need to be everywhere.

5. I signed up first time in late 2004/2005, I don't remember. SBQ PK was the account name, I forgot the password and I didn't post that much anyways.

I would like to be a mod in the picture gallery, since im always there now.

I've been here quite some time, ive been through many different cycles of BS. I think i can contribute because i know the ropes, and i can relate to most of the kids on here since im in the middle of the age range we have.

My reference would be Kayone, hes my homie.

Im interested in this job because BS is a good site, and its great place for writers to come discuss, and share flicks with other writers.

Ive been on this site since like august of 2004, and joined in september.

Ive had like 20 accounts on here, haha.

And i dont have jack shit for flicks on this computer, so ill get something later.

I would like to be a mod in the Battle forum or the Toys forum.

You should consider me for being a mod because I have always been trying to keep beef out of threads and to give constructive criticism to everybody that I have the ability to help. Also in regards to the Battle forum I am consistently on BS and sometimes the battle thread takes until Wednesday or late on Tuesday to be updated and I would be there every week to update it. In regards to the Toys forum I realize that there is a lot of beef that goes on there and I would keep it cleaner and have more pictures and criticism posted than beef.

if the other mods ask me about you i wont lie. Im going to say you have a strong interest ing raffiti, are a pretty consistent poster, you get a little angry at time, ( just as i do and other mods do minus cezr cuz hes a father haha ), but you know what you're talking about mostly, just need to keep developing your skills and learning your history, and you follow the advice your given, you've been like my prodigy and now you're pretty much as good as i am, shit makes me happy.

I am interested in being a mod here because I have been around for a while and always have been doing my best to keep BS a nice place and to help others progress as best as I can.

On my most recent account I signed up in April of 2006 and my older account was only around for a short while but that started in May of 2005 but that only has 100 or so posts on it. I don’t believe that I have made any other accounts on BS but if I did I have forgotten about them.

Uh, I don't exactly have a prefference to what section of the site I moderate.
I am more than willing to help toys out.
I have a fair perspective, definatly do not let my biases get in the way of a job.
I've been a writer for about 7-8 years now.
I understand what appropriate behaviour in the forum is.
I have extensive knowledge of the life of a writer, as I try to experience myself in all aspects of it. whether it be benching, catchin wreck on the streets, travelling to get up, racking, stirring inks, politics, dealing with the law ;), dealing with beef...


Pretty much dedicated the greater part of my life to this.
In my city, I'm one of the most hated writers. But I don't beef with people unless they front on my ups, or do something personally to me... Because of this, everyone's tellin me to change my name and lay low for a while.
I pretty much reply. 'I could care less about what people think of me. My styles not bunk, I don't line unless ration dictates me burnin someone, and if people don't like what I throw up. Then they can deal with it.' I write because it's MY life... Not trying to impress other writers.

I could care less about fame.

Anyways, last but not least. I dunno if you guys have been recordin who was on your site before you changed over. But I've been with bombingscience since before you guys made everyone rejoin. I forget why? I think you guys were switching servers or something???

I believe I could be a good person to calm down beef on the boards, and attempt to restore Bombingscience to its iBoardplus days, I know it will never be the same but it's worth a shot to come close. Bombingscience would be a much more enjoyable place to chat and swap flicks if it werent for a lot of the beef that goes on. Edit: I am also on Bombingscience every day

I know what it takes to be a mod, I'm good with knowing how to handle a disagreement between people without aggravating them. (IE, warning people, this does not solve problems, only creates more. asking people politely and casually can change a persons mind really quick) I know what topics belong where, obviously, what is appropriate content for general discussion. I will not close threads that are intended to be a serious thread, even if the forst 5 posts are CLOSE these threads sometimes become very popular.

The moderator situation on BS needs a change, some of the mods here dont solve problems, they only create more by aggravating people, which is why there has been such a surge in people being banned. I know better ways to solve problems than the ones that have been used recently

I signed up for BS in 2002 I have pretty much always been Asshat ever since I self proclaimed it after Laker brought it up, other accounts which I have but currently dont use are Mister Elmo, Forum Police, El Asshato. those are the only ones I ever used seriously.

Edit: this is a serious application, I've never talked to any of the mods about this before because I figured there was no point because the mods probably already get flooded with people begging to be mods everyday.

I give advice a lot in the Toy Forum and there is also a lot of chat and beef in the Toy Forum when Tricks, sky5 and CEZR aren’t on. I’ll tell people to cut the chit chat and post flicks, or tell people to stop beefing if they are. I also would not ban people uncontrollably or suspend people for stupid reasons. For the most part I am on bombing science everyday so the threads in the Toy Forum will be watched for a good part of the day.

When I first came to this website, the battle callout thread didn't exist meaning people talked alot about the battles that they were going to enter.
Ever since the battle chat thread opened and the callouts closed, the battles have seemed to be moving much slower than most people like. Also, there's so many ideas that are just floating around for all kinds of battles but nobody's taking the time to try any of them.

If I was allowed to mod for the battle forum I would have differen't kinds of battles very often and I honestly am on B.S. for about four or five hours a day. Including most weekends. I dont say to much though...I think.
Anyways,
I think it would be great for bombingscience to have me as a mod for the battle forum because:

- I'm patient so it wouldn't matter to me how many battle entrys I get per day.
- I dont care if i have to save battle entrys to my computer because of the lack of inbox space.
- I've owned and used a computer ever since I was six years old so I know what im doing when im on it.
- Im on B.S. ALOT.
- I have a sense of humor so I wouldn't be a misunderstood ban monster that people make silly "gif" images about. I would just pm the person who is disturbing all the other users and tell them to stop whatever they're doing or set up a battle if its appropriate..
- I understand how annoying it is for one mod to handle most of the battles and still get shit thrown at them so I want to help let the currently active battle mods have some spare time or an actual whole week off from takin crap from a bunch of 13 and 14 year old kids.
- I have a sweet head of hair.
- I have modding experience on from another graffiti message board.

My reference mod is Msfyt. cuz she said so.

My other reference was koper but he isn't a mod anymore i guess because he stopped coming. :

I have kept myself from posting so much of my garbage to improve on my own and I think from the time that I opened my account until now my style has changed more than I expected in a few months.

I would like to mod for battles. Well if you make me a moderator for the battle forums, I will be very commited in starting new battles, starting the polls, submitting pictures myself, and in general doing the things i need/ or am i asked to do. I am often on bombing science and look to making the battle forum a better place to go and mabey add some "spice" to the forum. i belive the name is MYSFT said i should apply for a moderator, iv done some past battles though my syle is progressing fast. I would liek to moderate for battles also because i peroanlly would like to encourage people to batttle more, its good practise, its fun, and its good to see what other people say about your style, things you can imrpove on because i want people to know battles can help there personal style. my past accounts have just been AMBION and i dont think anyything else. i have a 0 percent warning and it know if yuo put me as a moderator the battle forum with become a more popular place. i am a very commited person and will be on bombing science everyday. For the most part because i always have something usefull to say in just about all of the threads in that area as well as i answer alot of questioons on different topics from inks and markers to paint and caps, i help just about everybody and when be ask stupid questions i dont ripp them to peices. as well as i squashed my beef with fosale so now im neutral and i dont fill any of the threads with bickering and arguing.

1. I would like to be a mod for the General Discussion thread.
2. Because i feel unlike many others here, i waited long before trying to join the community. I never made an account but I was looking at these threads when my homie SBER (his account is still on here) was commin here back in 04/05. I watched and saw who the heads were that had respect and who were good and kind of learned the rules before commin right in and posting away and talkin shit. Now i am posting more, trying to get more involved, and i try my hardest not to start shit to people. Also, i always try my best to give constructive criticism to peoples sketches and havent stopped even though all of mine go unnoticed. And i dont jsut quote the picture and say good job, or nice ups. I actually try to help. Most people dont know me, but some do and I feel my presence is starting to become known.
3. Like said above I feel like I watched these forums operate for quite some time before really getting into them and trying to be a part of them. Also i feel im comming form a different part of the world than most people here so its a change. Giving different insights to things.
4. Ideas would be to get a little tighter on the shit talking aspect of the users. The current mods are doing a great job, but sometimes things go unnoticed and some users just post obnoxious annying things that dont need to be posted. Im not saying im super man and am going to take care of that, but its jsut an idea.

i think that you should consider me as a mod for the toys forum because..
i have contributed a HUGE amount to the toy forum , mostly in the toy blackbooks. From a endless amount of pics , to the best advice i can give . Iv been here for over a year now , and i have LEARNT SO freakin much from the toy black books and i really want to give something back. Im always giving crits to people , and urging others to give crits too , as its always take take take in the toy black book thread. i also offer alot to the toy character thread , as im always constantly posting pics up there too , and helping people out. Im on BS nearly everyday..whether its just browsing , or contributing with pics or help. If somebody starts talking shit to anyone , ill try to stop it . If someone talks shit to me .. ill try to get around it , and come to a conclusion , thru PM or a battle . i have also started to hate chit chat thru my time here on BS . now iv been here a year , i have learnt that chit chat is forbiddon , although it never stops . As a mod i would try my hardest to delete ALL relevant chit chat and keep the right threads constantly streaming with pics !. I have also never been banned , and my warning has never increased.

becuz i love BS. i have learnt alot here and its really helped me with my shit. From the tutorials to all the help gievn to me. cos i enjoy graffiti, enjoy sketching all the time and try to get along wid most heads in the section. If people come to the forum with the right kind of attitude and want to learn im always up for helping them out, however if they come to the forum with a bad attitude i dont think there is alot you can do for them other than crit ther work and hope they listen. *Well i've been a member since 19th June. That's nearly one whole year, and i've learnt alot from all those who contribute to the toy forums and battle forums.

*I have improved alot, not only in my work but in my attitude to others work, my views on graffiti and the mass amount of writers there are from all over the world and I feel that by becoming a moderator it will help me help other people that are just starting or looking to improve.

*I am on bombingscience everyday, if i'm posting up sketches, looking at others peoples work or just seeing what everyones upto. I am an active member, always looking to get involved and I do have a few suggestions. For example,

- Mostly importantly, the amount of chit chat. With more moderators you can be able to cut down on this allowing for more pic's etc.

- Introducing new threads. The toy blackbook thread has so many pages, I just think it would be easier to start a new thread for all the new sketches. A clean start...

- I have entered the round robin battle and I see that there is only Msyft running it and it looks like she really gets pissed with the amount of people that harass her :P With more active moderators we could have more of these battles with more moderators controlling each battle. This goes for the weekly battles aswell.

*By being a mod I would be able to take a more active role in helping new people, calming beef and all the chat.

i think you should consider me just cause im on here ALOT and am always in toy forums for the majority of my time spent on here, I also know my way around which is evident from my join date. I've basically just been on here for awhile and am on alot nothing comes to mind as far as significance though. With the new forums i dont think theres much room for improvement, most of my prior ideas are frivolous....haha

I'd like to help out in the toys forum, its been really over run with beef and people being dicks lately, and the mods we do have are great, but it seems like more could be done.

well, i hate seeing battles being posted late, i understand its a busy time, but time i have. if you have a deadline follow it thats all. being a battle mod means i dont have to be a "head" to determine whats toy or not, i know flow and thats what matters. i just need to keep my inbox tidy and hit up the deadlines, i can do that. besides i believe ive been here long enough to understand the run of things.

i know how forums run, i was a moderator on a soccer forum for about 3 but it fell through so i do have experience. i am on the forums daily, i know what writers to lok out for, i notice when new people join and i try to direct them into the right direction, i want to help this forum grow because its a good way to meet people, increase skills, increase you knowledge etc. i would try my hardest to keep the major topics clean, but i would also try to help keep minor topics beef free. ive also never had beef with anyone at all.even though i have a low post count, most of my posts are helpful and im online for a decent chunk of the day.

I believe I deserve the position as a moderator for the Picture Gallery. For non-graffiti related pictures, I understand the basics and some intermediate photography with respect to lighting, exposure, angle, etc.

Graffiti related pictures, well...the pictures need to be posted in the right thread, which requires organizational skills. I'm very adept in that respect, and will not hesitate to remove any unrelated chit chat, e-beef, etc.

I have been a user for over 3 years and didn't really care where this forum was going to end up. However, 2 years later, I realize it's other artists not much different from myself who care enough about the future of Graffiti to lend a hand to a community such as BombingScience. I found that without these people, the forum probably wouldn't have gone very far in it's early stages. The patience, dedication, willingness to work hard to help fellow artists as well as the ambition to help put out a good image to the public is what drives me. I want to be like a mod, not only for BombingScience, but for my own self. So I can reflect later on that I did my part in helping to raise the overall percentage of writers.
After all, if we're not part of the solution, we're part of the problem.

i have a bin around on bs for a while now. toy form is where i'm mostly at now. i help most people on there, and on msn, d dizzel i help resently and i help people from being a fan to a writer, and how to improve there skills.

I've been writing on and off for around 15-16 years and have the experience to assist members in the toy forum with progression. I also have a lot of access to the net with work and home so could reliably meet deadlines interms of announcing and polling within the battle section. I've built and run a couple of non-graffiti related forums aswell as moderating on others over the past five years and understand how to deal with members in a fair way. Through that I also have a good understanding of all the moderation tools and back-end of a forum. Being older then most on bs (from what I can tell) I can also deal with any disputes and help keep things running smoothly by judging things with maturity and experience. My timezone also allows me to be online in the times where most the current moderators are less active.

What ideas for improvement do you have?

I can think of a lot of things but seems kind of stupid just coming up with a couple of token things just for an answer. I feel I could contribute a lot with day to day discussion of ideas based on the experience I've had with setting up other forums, I'd like to contribute suggestions to make the site unique and stay ahead of other internet forums.

I could say to make it number one because I love the place or some shit, but just to be a part of it, get more active and to help it chug along and advance I guess. first off.. i paint and i do alot of graffiti on the streets... cant bullshit there.. its part of my everyday life (follow me around for a day and you would probably catch more tags with me during the day than at night with your buddies:p) ..so many tags and things that i dont even bother with a camera .. i just let my stuff ride out. i did alot for my friends who did/do graff .. i convinced my school (i did all the talking and arranged the large paint order that the school paid for) to let our crew paint the campus .. first ever in broward county....i triy to put who ever im with on the map with me im not selfish... i did alot for my freinds and i am always willing to try to show people what graff is and what its really about not what people assume it is.... i dont like beef and drama .. thats one of my #1 rules i never want to be hated i want to be the writer everyone likes to paint with... plus i have been on the site for a long time ive seen the good and the bad .it is a real humbling experience when i look back at my frist posts and see how i progressed through the years. and i enjoy seeing others progress and learn off each other. i will always have improvement i am my own worst critic and i will always be a student to the letters. i have been doing it for about 7 3/4 years now .. not really new to the game but i learned what it is really all about and that it takes awhile and i am prepared for the best or the worst. i belive that i have knowledge that would be helpful to others and i dont mind going the extra to help the person out (pm's or even a quick sketch) plus im always down to paint and love doing productions with new people.

because graffiti has become a part of my life. It used to a on and off thing...but once i got on here and started getting help...it became a everyday thing.i been writing for about 1 year and 6 month . Iv leanrt an INCREDIBLE amount on this graffiti forum...and its helped me get a basic ish style....and really wanna give sumthing back to the people who was just like me a year ago.iv also given a HUGE amount of contribution to the toy blackbooks. I would give help on every aspect of graffiti in the TOYS FORUM and would try my best to stop beef and cut out ALL the bullshit posts that aint ON TOPIC or RELEVANT to the thread. i also ACUTALLY PAINT and iv had alot of help from England legend EKTO on how to paint and get better etc. so im pretty knowledgable in that aspect.

iv had my fair share of beefing in the past...and posting...but over the past few months...iv cut down on one . posting and two. beefing. i also try to tell other people NOT to beef aand take it to PM's. iv also NEVER beefed with moderators before ( whilst theyve been mods ) becuz i look up to most of them ... and bad mouthing sumone who is better than you is dumb.

im serious on graffiti ... almost everyday i look thru every style of graffiti...getting inspired and seing how shit works ... so you can trust me on reliabilty factor.

becuase im on this site EVERYDAY...notas much as of late as iv cut down alot on here..like i said...but i always check in the picture gallery to look at the doper heads on here..and then cut back to the toys thread to give out help and post a new peice iv done...this site has gotten me to where i am now.

im still only 15 aswell..so i have LOTS and LOTS of time to improve on this site...and improving as a mod would be the dopest thing ever...

andd the battle forum, i really liekd when the weekly battles were started, and would like to get them on track with polling again.
bearily anythings polled on tiem anymore.

15 ys now to be exact.... im not just some kid whos been at this for 6 months and thinkin im king.... graffiti is a major part of my life... aside from a management job i do canvas on the side... it gives me some extra money... Main reason i wanna mod the picture gallery... (mainly the 905 thread) is because i come to the PICTURE gallery to see pictures.. not some toys arguing over who went over who and whos bomb is better and all that ish.... i just see so many threads go downhill cuz of that shit... im very neutral when it comes to takin sides for anyone on here... everyon is treated the same.... and im on here daily just checkin out whats new... i havent posted much in a while but thats cuz with all the beef goin on i just dont find it worth it lately.... plus i know my history......

As a potential candidate for a bombing science moderator, if elected I would like to moderate the general discussion thread, because it’s where I do most of my posting.

To convince you to make me a moderator; well first off I bring good laughs, I’m a joker around the threads. I bring kindles with an occasional dash of sarcasm, when people get out of line. I don’t bring or ask for beef, I’m a peaceful person. As for what I’ve done, as mentioned before I’ve brought comedy to the threads and good times. As for improving it I’d like to get the “top 5 new threads” side bar back, it was helpful.

I’m interested in being a mod because, I believe I can help the other mod’s in cleaning up the threads of beef, and other useless posts, and possibly creating sticky’s that hold all the info needed. I signed up about last year, as for prior accounts, “lipn” that dates back to I believe 04? Between both account sing up’s I had been ghosting the forums. So in total I’ve been here a good 3 years.

I’d post some if I had any. But to tell the truth I’m not “really good” so I think letting a picture or 2 decide whether or not I get this position is pointless, because I can bring a lot to these forum’s. For example; comedy, cleaning up the forums and helping younger writers.

I would like to become a moderator of the toys forum as ive seen alot of people grow and come out of the toys forum and become blackbook/ picture gallery material, ive been there since 05 with a early account Toon?.. and i would love to help toys with there throw ups.

I would like to be a mod for the Picture Gallery and or the Toy Forum.
My reason for mod of picture gallery:
All I'm gonna say is that I want to be a moderator in order to watch the New Jersey Thread. In 2005 and somewhat into 2006 the Jersey thread was packed with many Jersey heads, only posting pictures and commenting on the occasional Aids/MHS beef and so on but mostly just people posting pictures. As many people, or just me maybe, know that original thread got shut down due to kids only talking shit, giving out names, and just being complete assholes. Well Late last year the Jersey thread was brought back. In the beginning of its new life, things were once fine again. People only posting pictures, limited discussion on topics like beef and fights and shoes and what have you, but now and for several months, the thread is turning into complete shit once again. No one ever posts pictures anymore and when they do all peoples' responses consist of is shit talking, shit talking, and oh yeah, more shit talk. The only reason I want to be a mod is to delete post after post after post after post of shit talk and beef. I love my state, New Jersey. I never want to leave. I love graffiti. All I want is to have a place where my two loves, and many other fellow New Jersians' loves can be together, but I want them to be in a thread without shit talk and pointless beef. My reason for moderator of the toy forum would be to give critique and such to anyone that needs help. Me being toy myself spend all my time there and I love all the heads there deeply(except for maybe 1 or 2 people)

I've made some contributions to helping out the ink thread as well as answering questions on the aforementioned thread. I'm a pretty active poster in the newly created "Cleanin up" thread, and I've also helped out by posting a decent number of tutorials in the "Step Bi Step" thread. I'm pretty sure I haven't badmouthed BS or a mod.

Not many mods for the Tools and Tips section even bother coming on so I won't really reference them. I guess I could reference Sir.One and GeSuS.

I’d post some if I had any. But to tell the truth I’m not “really good” so I think letting a picture or 2 decide whether or not I get this position is pointless, because I can bring a lot to these forum’s. For example; comedy, cleaning up the forums and helping younger writers.

i think that you should consider me because first off i know that the toy fourm is always full of shit that no one really wants to look at. alot of times that shit and chit chat is not cleaned up or is posted in the wrong thread ect. i feel that i could do my best to clean that up seeing as i am usually on or looking through the toy fourm and because i can tell where chit chat turns thread pages into shit. Also i am pretty positive that being a member on here and posting on the toy fourm has really come through for me and helped me progress/learn alot. When the toy fourm runs smoothly, not only does it help people and encourage ppl but the picture gallery doesnt need to get flooded wiht shit bc no ones giving crits. I think that I could help out alot by being a mod.

Im interested in being a mod here because i have seen alot of shit come through the toy fourm. before i was ever a member i used to just chill and look through the fourms mostly the toys bc thats what i could closley relate to. Well...iv been here since like..June 2006...and the Toys Forum has always been my home on this forum....iv had mad help in this department over the years and i just really wanna give something back. Iv had my fair share of beef but iv always offered to settle it with a battle...but the last 4 people who slagged me off didnt dear battle....so its those type of people i want to take action with if i was to become a mod...those types of people being trouble instigators...with no back up or end if you see whut im saying. I come on this stie like every day nearly...well when i can...im always posting flicks...whether it be other peoples work or mine...im always on the look out from hot talent to help and guide ! There are many reasons why i personally think i may qualify for this spot. I am personally tired of all the BS going on in the GD ex. beef and non sense posts. I am a person who also has and avoides beef with absolutely anyone, therefore i keep away from all the clutter non sense that goes on in the forum. I know i am responsibly enough to keep those men/women in check. I have been a member for long enough to know how and what it takes for the forum to run smoothly.

im just been super busy lately and my computer doesnt work well with this site for some reason

no we are not currently looking for new mods
but i dont frequent all the forums so if you think there is a forum that needs new mods PM me (but please dont expect a responce, because i get tons of PMs a day)

ok first off, yes there are talented people here that arent mods. why because they choose that. in the past we have offered skilled writers mod positions but most of them decline for their own various reasons. on the other hand some have said yes but than do nothing, so please dont assume skills means a good mod. mods here need more "skills" than just artistic ones, there is a lot of stuff going on behind the scenes that you all dont know about. and as for the big talkers, seriously ive come to realize that the big talkers are the ones that do fuck all when they finally get the responsility of doing something. just my opinion. writing skills are important and respected but really just logging on for 5 years can be a skill too, cause this isnt the happiest place on earth.

ok next topic, letting bs member vote for mods is the worst idea ever. have you ever watched the battles go down here. lets just say the polls here shouldnt be taken seriously because many people are swayed by stupid things and not by the things that really count. plus we need mods who work well in a team, we are team not individual mods. and when a mod doesnt fit it in it creates a lot of chaos.

lastly, people stating they will focus on certian threads as a mod are useless to us. we need hard workes all around and not just let you pansey around in their favorite threads.

Iv leanrt an INCREDIBLE amount on this graffiti forum...and its helped me get a basic ish style....and really wanna give sumthing back to the people who was just like me a year ago.iv also given a HUGE amount of contribution to the toy blackbooks. I would give help on every aspect of graffiti in the TOYS FORUM and would try my best to stop beef and cut out ALL the bullshit posts that aint ON TOPIC or RELEVANT to the thread. i also ACUTALLY PAINT and iv had alot of help from England legend EKTO on how to paint and get better etc. so im pretty knowledgable in that aspect.

iv had my fair share of beefing in the past...and posting...but over the past few months...iv cut down on one . posting and two. beefing. i also try to tell other people NOT to beef aand take it to PM's. iv also NEVER beefed with moderators before ( whilst theyve been mods ) becuz i look up to most of them ... and bad mouthing sumone who is better than you is dumb.

im serious on graffiti ... almost everyday i look thru every style of graffiti...getting inspired and seing how shit works ... so you can trust me on reliabilty factor.

I myself want to start entering paint battles but they just arent being updated. i even have gotten in touch with 2 mods about this as well. i frequent BS very often and i woud love to get the battle thread back up and running and encourage more people to start entering battles.

I agree with all of those, esp. AMK. The dude seems that he just isn't up for the job, real immature IMO. No beef, I agree if he is voted a mod, he should do a little growing up, or it should be for a trial period or something of that sort.

Cile or Seize FTW.

Cile just seems like he's produced lots of very good art, contributes to the site a lot, and just seems right for a mod. I thought lots of times he WAS a mod before I looked at his member status, haha. His simples are some if the most solid (if not the solidest?) on the net, no doubt in my mind.

Seize, just like Cile, has been a major contributer, and also seems like he's right for a mod position. Though he hasn't done a lot of progressing, His simples are some of the most SOLID simples on the net that I have seen.

*I am older then about 98% of the members, not that that is all that important but with time comes expierience and knowledge, i have a good idea of what is useless or not in terms of information/advice. I dont get involved with internet beef(i will correct someone, or share my opinion extensivly though). I hold a very deep respect for graff, i am college educated and have been writing since the mid 90's. I can be helpful to people seeking info if they ask in the appropriate manner, as you should be when seeking info from an underground culture. Ive been here long enough to have an idea of needs to go and stay, who is joking, etc.

Sadly most have gone but thankfully there are still good heads here too aswell as me. People in the Toys Forum often complain about better heads not being in that section but i can say im always in there tryna help out and shit..iv helped people constanly for ages and im sure a fair amount of people can back me up on that.

The Picture Gallery and Battle Forum are pretty much good with moderators. PG has 10 moderators and BF has 4 moderators and only 4-5 running battles.

I'd think you could have a better shot at General Discussion, Tools and Tips, or the Toys Section.

I would definately like to help in the battle thread because i would post battles on time and effeciantly. Also i would like to be in charge of the toy thread as being somewhat still a novice myself ive been writing for about 2 years and i think i would be able to share my knowledge and help people out. I have grown alot even though i dont show it alot on bombing science. I havnt been here for very long compared to most other members but i know pretty much all the ins and outs of this website. I know what im talking about and dont try to just bullshit through life. If i worked in the battle forum i would be able to post all the battles on time and efficiantly. I am open minded and am open to opinions. personally I think i would be a good moderator. I am very influenced by baze and gesus. I like bazes style and he is very down to earth and know what hes talking about. Gesus has a sweet style and isnt a dickhead like most members in here. Hes also a cool dude that has influenced me alot.

3. I am interested in being a mod here because i think i could help this site out alot and i am serious about getting work done that needs to be done. I think i could do BS alot of good and help out alot.

I'm probably one of the most sincerely nice and helpful guys currently on this forum.. I'm a pretty old school member, I've been around for years and know everybody here. There aren't really many moderators that are active in the General Discussion thread anymore, and since I'm often on and have spare time I think I could help run it pretty well, as I've been a moderator on many other forums I know my way around the position. I'm pretty well versed in graffiti, street art, and fine art. I do everything from bombing, to making stickers/wheatpaste to doing oil painting portraits.

Baze, Cezr, Gesus, Sir.one, Ume, Die, Proper... I know most of the mods on the site, and I'm sure these guys will back me up.

I've been a member of bs for over 2 years, so I know how things work around here. I have a pretty good idea of what can and needs to be done.

well i have been banned on a pryor account a long time ago n i think i have progressed(personally in my behaviour n attidude) scince then , i also respect the rules on the forum as i said in the 'why am i intrested section' i can be responsible when need be, also i know what needs to stay and what needs to go, i have been here as a member for 2 years and ghosted for about 3 or 4 months back in '05 from november till january i think :s, i will not ban people unnessaserily(sp) and im rather fair and understand most situations.im also not too sure on the ammount of unfluence mods have on the growth and change of the site,as im here most of the time and am on quite alot i can post battles on time,delete comments before they cuase e-beef without anyone noticing,clean pages also while most of you are asleep lol.thats about it :D

i did a decent job as a battle mod, i have good judgment as to whether or not something is toy or straight up ugly or inappropriate for threads, and i lurk a lot of the sw33t regional flick threads. I actually paint on a twice-a-week-ish basis and i think that's saying a lot for a bombing science member.

I want to make the boston thread a picture only at all times thread, im pretty familiar with the local scene and know what should be kept and what needs to be deleted. Im on this site mainly for battles, been here for a while under a different log in name until some stuff went down in boston so i got rid of it. If you check the battles its pretty easy to figure out who i am, Im relativelly beef free, and cool with most modes on here. I have a laptop so Im almost always able to come on here and take care of things, im on here everyday multiple times a day.

I want to make the boston thread a picture only at all times thread, im pretty familiar with the local scene and know what should be kept and what needs to be deleted. Im on this site mainly for battles, been here for a while under a different log in name until some stuff went down in boston so i got rid of it. If you check the battles its pretty easy to figure out who i am, Im relativelly beef free, and cool with most modes on here. I have a laptop so Im almost always able to come on here and take care of things, im on here everyday multiple times a day.

A lot of battle and toy mods can vouch for me even, Proper,Fube and BORG. Im good with deadlines, and I was Propers go to guy when his internet was messing up. Also I'm always on BS so it be easy to keep in contact with me. Also I helped Fube out with battles in the Toy section since he can't get on as much anymore. I also made the Intermediate thread in the toy section which is a small part of keeping the toy section alive. I also along with vagrant have self mod our self in attempt to keep the Toy Thread clean. I am also helpful to a lot of ppl threw out the forums I answer questions and I have a made a couple of good threads in which have helped members on this site. I have been told from members and a couple of other mods that I would make a good member to the team, because I am very reliable.

I'm on BS everyday, either posting up battle or chit chatting with other members, and since you need someone who is willing to take care of battles and I already am for the toy section. So I could really help out with the other battle mods keep flow and the battle and other stuff running. Also Im am tired of the amount of trollin and spamm bots that are not being tak'in care of. The Fourms quality has went down and also a lot of the old heads who use to get on dont get on due to the amount of beef and stuff. And if I was a mod it would be my goal to keep the threads clean. I would personaly clean out each thread need be. Due to the fact that I have a lot of free time why not clean up a little bit you know.

The reason why the forums exist is to build community and keep graff kids on the site. The reason to keep graff kids on the site is to generate sales of merch (its true). If the forums suck then the kids won't stay and the site won't get sales. The forums suck. Barely anything is kept organized, and threads intended to be dedicated to posting pictures and on-topic discussion are overrun with chit-chat and beef. BombingScience could have a much better community full of pictures, practice, and well run battles if everything was run more seriously with very active mods. Most of the current mods should be demoted, simply because they're inactive. The point of mods is to moderate, not to be a cool-kids club. The forums need mods that are on most the time, can actually work on keeping shit serious, and have the desire to do the work voluntarily. Moving one of the current moderators to a different section won't solve anything if they don't even maintain their current assignment. Being good at graffiti or not doesn't matter because graffiti has nothing to do with moderating a message board. Having the skills to paint burners does not make one good and organizing threads, deleting spam, and running battles. I am interested in moderating the toy forum because it really needs the extra help, instead of being neglected. I think it is in the best interest of the site to have decent, well maintained forums.

I have discussed the state of the forums with Rots, and we agree that something needs to be done.
Rots and Baze have both said they would vouch for me, not to mention numerous members.

There are three websites i go to when i sit down in front of my computer. Facebook, Youtube, and BS. I have a strong desire to try and give back to the message board that has been the focus of so much of my time. Not only do i sit on BS in my free time, but I am also logged in while at work. This means in any given day, the only time I am NOT on is while sleeping, or doing the occasional activity with friends. If that's not showing dedication to the forums, i don't know what is.
Currently, I have taken over the toy battle mini-mod responsibilities and enjoy running the battles. I would be able to keep stuff more organized.

October 2006. I have had a couple other accounts but never spent more than a few days on them. I admit, I HAVE registered accounts purely to troll, mainly because the forums are in such a state of disrepair that trolling is one of the only ways to remain entertained. However, there is a difference between trolling for lulz and trolling to piss people off - the latter of which i feel is definitely not needed and should be taken care of in a swift manner.

This is irrelevant to the task of being a good moderator. I am far from being good at graffiti, but i do know the difference between quality and crap.

I would like to be a moderator because seeing as there is a lack of Mods now. I think we need new mods. I should be considered for the fact that I am always on Bombing Science and or on the computer. As I said above, there is a lack of moderators. Especially in the toy forums. I am always on the computer and devote much of my time to Bombing Science which allows me to do modding frequently. I also believe that deleting beef and chat will keep the forums in order and keep people coming back.

also, if its battles your crying about, most if not all battles in the actual battle forum are open to all levels of skill. this other toy only one is strictly run out of the kindness of my and other toy mods heart. get over it.

ive been on here for years and contributed greatly to this site in multiple topics. i know what to look for as a mod beef and dry snitching wise. ive set up my own battles in the past too so i have experiance in that field also. ive also been a part of the subculture for years too and though my styles not the nastiest out there i know what to look for in graffiti flow and structure wise and can identify different levels of progression and mistakes quickly.
i also dabble in fine arts, photography, stickers, screen printing and a whole bunch of other forms of art so i have a pretty inbiased opinion on what is art in general.

the forums have fallen off latelly, i want to bring them back. i believe that through fair unbiased moderating this site can come back to the level it was at previously. i promise to bring change to the forums, and not the obama kind of change either.
