if you want to save a few bucks, get yourself some rocker panel coating for automobiles, it contain tar, comes into larger than regular cans, comes with a ny fat with a pressure combination that produce M A D flares.

if u wanna do some handies in the rain, go to the harware store and get a can of &#39;rubber undercoating&#39; its crazy thick and it just smears when buffed and leaves a mad shadow. plus if they paint over, it still pops out. but to stay in the lines of the thread, it dries quick and hold up rain or shine....

I KNOW it&#39;s wet in some areas BUT most of the times Buildings have a bit of cover just enough to have a dry wall.

The best time to actually do it is at night when it&#39;s raining, not at no 3:00 in the morning I&#39;m talkin about when it&#39;s just getting dark.

The soon as the sky gets dark and that rains poorin...Go Bombin.

The only thing you&#39;ll have to worry about is wind.

Note that other people are predictable man, If YOUR stayin inside and your the type that go&#39;s out and bombs...The people that lead regualr lives are more than likely not wanting to go any where out side cause it&#39;s "RaInInG"

So bottom line...Raining is a way you can do a real blitz bombing.

Remember Who Told you.

I got this back pack thats got those pull strings and it&#39;s just a bag.
The whole bag is rubber/plastic. It&#39;s perfect for rainy days and can fit enough cans for a big enough piece.

And also on a rainy day besides skecthing you can look up some routes and spots on Google Earth.
