ok today staff member at the apartments i live at had to fix the air conditioner and he found out i am one of the writers in my neighbor hood so he tells the manager and now i probably have to buff or paint over all the spots i've hit along with the other writer's spots

1. left my black book on the table and the guy went through it and realized thats some of the shit he has been seeing around.

2. he found my bag full (and i mean FULL) with paint (and the bag was tagged like crazy)

3. my mom knows i write and she confirmed that thats my tag

Well, I'm not positive, but I don't think he has the right to go snoopin' through your blackbook and backpack and stuff. Also, even if shit in your blackbook is painted, there is NO WAY that you could be linked to writing it, unless you're on camera or somebody physically caught you. You could just say you saw it and drew it because you thought it was cool.

So if you are questioned, just remember, deny that you wrote everything. Just say that you drew it in your blackbook after seeing it on a wall. Or threaten to press charges against them for invasion of private property.

well i dons't really matter what i do now...because i had to tell them every thing i did because the manager said they have pictures and a witness but should have just denied everything and now god damnit i have to pay for the damages........looking back at all the shit i did......some one has to pay....i ended up hitting 3-7 trucks completely, a wall in the back of a bowling allie (that i totally destroyed) plus signs and walls in my hood..........so in short terms I'M FUCKED!!!!!
