this thread is for all those who study parkour (an art of swift efficient movement from one point to another) or who are into buildering and urban exploration. share tips for navigating through cities and accessing certain areas.

I'm into urban exploration, tunnels, drains and abandoned buildings being my favorite.
I've never been fit enough to do anything such as parkour.
Looks like so much fun though!
