Transferring Ink

this is a question for those of you on here who have been bombing for longer than i have...i want to empty some of those prisma silver metallic markers (the kind with the metal mixer ball in them) save the ink and put it in a mop or something because it makes a killer permanant, dope colored, shiny silver ink. i was wondering if anyone on here had any experience in doing this, any tips on how exacly to get those markers apart because i haven't had a chance to scope one out yet...


i'd be down to buy krink but i don't know where to get it online...any help there would be appreciated as well.

just buy a really small bucker of rusto aluminum.. it would be cheaper than buying pens 2 fill up ur mop...

mabey not, i can get meatlic prismas for a dollar. but ide rather buy bucket paint.

Prismas are free where i'm from...


and the only reason i'll go with them over the bucket paint is because they cannot be written over. they rise to the top of all inks.


and since my crew is beefing right now, getting slashed is a real possiblity.

so silver prismas can't be written over? howabout pilot, krylon and deco golds and silvers? (i only use them for stickers, but if the ink is good ill empty a couple out for a mop)

i'm not too sure about those other markers, but yeah, the prismas will rise to the top. draw a line with them, then color over it, and the prisma below will rise to the top of the other ink.

to bad they got xylene in em
anyone know a way to get a good marker WITH A METAL BODY or fix up a plastic one so the xylene wont eat through it?

yea they screw off heres wat u do.
take the nib out and get some sand paper. wrap it aruond the part that screws off and use it like a grip then dump it in. and deco paint wont work

empty out a magnum
METAL BODY!
fill with deco paints
and put some felt eraser for the nib
cap it
and viola!
