Rent is real cheap, there's a shitload of residential neighborhood surrounding downtown in every direction. personally i pay 550 a month for a comfortable fully carpeted and furnished 1 bedroom basement apartment with a full kitchen bathroom and living room. I hope to see your shit up on to walls soon.
