we are giving props to some good writers in SA and Austin but theres some that havnt been mentioned on here and thats, Heavy and Poder.

a story about heavy. i had only seen some of his pics on art crimes and then in april of '04 my mom was in the hospital having my lil bro and we would park in the streets instead of the garage and having to pay. so the street we parked on was behind a hotel or motel dont know which one it was. and i was walking along side of it and someone had done a lil tag on the doors in the back. and then about three days later when i was going back to visit my mom we pull up to this same spot and i look at the wall and there was this bad ass piece it wasnt filled just the a giant tag i dont know how to describe it and i wanted to take pics of it but i was with my grandma and grandpa and i had just gotten in trouble for graff and am trying to make them all think im not intrested in it, long story short i didnt get the pics and then he/ she (i dont know what they are) had gotten up to this spot in the side of the building a ledge and did a piece in there it was crazy. i want to go back and get some pics i just dont know if there still up. or were buffed. anyways i just rambled on and on.

that is freakin deckster, ( aka drip) and he writes werk now, he goes wayyyy back with me, we were both in RSC.......and UST but now i havnt heard much from him, i think he leaves this summer for military, but that was the last i heard of him, so i am not sure, but he is pretty cool, got some ok skillz............. and that is awesome that you hit up a wall with him, i never painted with him, but was friends for around a year..........

hello. color theory. red and green create a compimentary contrast. the green background makes the red foreground stand out and pop. you may think it's ugly, but the colors of christmas aren't a coincidence I don't think. it's just good artistic knowledge.

ATX: I don't go to Mojo's a whole lot cuz it's pretty far. A lot of kids that go there bomb all over Austin. What?
This is an open call for worldwide artist participation. I&#39;m creating a platform to showcase the works of the best urban artists currently existing. Going with the idea of Random von Nothaus of Buff Monster that themed shows are starting to feel played out, we have only named it "Metal Pig". The rest is up to you to interpret. There is purposely no guideline or recommended medium. Hopefully this will create some interesting diversity.
