Canadian Mail Order Payment (BS Shop)

Okay, I'm trying to by an OTR Flowpen, but when it says Payment Options, I get this:

Payment options

Credit card
Payment by PayPal

Where the hell is money order? I'm using the canadian catalogue, if that counts. But shit, I don't have a credit card. I have no problem getting money orders though... Can someone help me out, here?

The mail order link is in the right column of the webstore. You have to fill the mail order form and to send it by mail. Here's the link to the form:
