do the fill then the outline then the shading then the one shot.
OR do i:

straight letter?. a straight letter is one with no curves... yes straight letters can have style too. most of you toys think you need to go crazy to have style wich is crap. master the straight letter fist then your style will come on its own. heres a hint i always say. look on a box of cerial and get ideas from there

Letter structure has nothing to do with being a toy. Thats common sense. How old are you? Letter structure is how the letters are done simple so that other people can read them. Think if a cereal box had crazy lettering that you couldn't read not many people would like it. A simple throw should be readable so that everyone can understand what it says.

I think he means when you run your marker back and forth, all the lines aren't the like same color. Some come out dark while others come out even. Its on how you use the marker. First you should use the marker slowly, and never hold the marker down for too long. Always keep the same pace when doing lines.

yh and also, if u dnt want any markings onto the next page , i usually place some thin card underneath which also helps give a better contact between the pen and paper and doesnt leave any marks or ink onto the next page/pages if ur reely unlucky.

oh i see, avoid that shit altogether, use paint, or paint pens. prisma colors are good for what your talking about, u can go over parts twice and its darker, three times its darker. thats the difference between montana gold and the reg. montana. the gold is like prisma colors, good for shading and stuff, i dont like it much for bombing when time is an issue.

Alright, I&#39;ve been writin for about 3 years on and off... if you can call it that. I live 3 houses away from some tracks and about a mile away from a pretty good sized yard. Always seein the stuff is what got me into it. I started off just rackin cans (model paint... *sigh* such a toy but I didnt know any better so) from this stupid lil hardware store and then goin down to these bridges, blazin and then just paintin on the wall. I was 13 then and just looked at stuff other people would do on the walls and kinda think about that and then develope on their style. I wouldnt do it too often but often enough that other people considered me a writer. I never really worked on handstyles, just pieces. Now I live right outside of philly and since Philly is known as the birthplace of handstyles I started trying to work on em and since Im just goin on my own... I dont have any mentors or anything, I havnt gotten very far I just kinda look at stuff online and at stuff on the walls and try to work from that. Anyway well I was just wondering if somebody would be willing to take me under their wing and work with me hardcore for as long as it takes for me to start developing my own style and shit... Now that you all know my story any takers ? I know what the whole threat is for but I mean like outta the forums... just talkin like on aim or whatever... and hell if your from philly maybe even meetin up and goin out, I still say Imma toy but Im willing to learn. Im not trying to impress anyone... I just always thought graffiti was the best way to express yourself. Oh.... and Name man, come on respect your elders. I&#39;ve been on the forums for about 4 months now and I&#39;ve never seen Gesus so pissed off :o Not to mention I&#39;ve only ever seen him tryin to help out other people. Anybody whos willin to help out just PM me or email me or something I dunno

word the fuck up and when fable left i took over the help team me an him are respocibly for about 80% of kids on here who improved there style and got more knowlege but they resepct us so we resepcted them... you have to give respect to get it..... fable and i have already gained it a few years back and i didnt say anyhitn diffrent in the pm u just dont wanna battle and thats cool but enought tlak about you here fable man help me out wha tu think of the new style ?

3 tips to becoming a proper fully qualified toy..

1) dont try to add style as runci said
2) get a proper handstyle (just use your own writing its better than something looking like a scribble)
3) change your tag TOX is famous in the uk and TOXUS isnt exactly fantastic letters to write ( Xs are shittttttttttt)

work on your letters more....

see what u got goin is a pretty good concept for the letters...
but what you got goin on is that when you do it some parts
of your letters are big n then another side is like skinny
and that makes it come out wierd... just practice on like the thickness
of your letters n your straight... cause my shit used to come out like that also....


but yeah i got this one sketch for a firend of mine who wants me to do it on his
skateboard.... its just a quick sketch n its better than what i used to post
up on here.... most of ya&#39;ll know what im talkin about..... but anyway here it is...
n i didnt do too much on the cloud behind it cause i was in lunch n he was like
"yo go ahead and sketch that shit yo i wanna check it out....." so i was like
