bigel, its still only 2 misdemeanor charges. that sucks balls, and i cant say honestly that i wouldnt be fucking terrified, but the fact is that it cant be too bad, the worst part is just that from now on your going to have a minor record, and youll be in the system, which will make it harder to keep rockin them steez in the future.

the real best advice i can give you though is too listen to your lawyer, public defence or not, and that chances are, google.com will give you better advice then anything you get here. do all the research you possibly can.

FROM EXPERIENCE............ misdemeanors means probabtion and a fine(s)..... pay up and forget about it. if you have a job and are facing jailtime wether it be a weekend or a month(s)...youll surely get communtiy service. as long as you have a job or are in school.(with decent grades).

act right before the judge or face the judges bad mood from no pussy the last night. thats how they take it out on you. be respectful and play they game. thats what they want and itll help you in the long run meaning money mainly. fuck court and paying your city/town for bullshit. its a quota thing to them. period. good luck.

My parents don't know I write, yet I kinda want to let them know so I can sketch and go out freely. Any idea how to let them onto this lightly? I just don't want to tell them straight up you know? All the mods have disscussed in great detail what characteristics we are looking for in a moderator and as a team, we made the choices, not singley. Some of the characteristics we want, you deffinately had, others you didn&#39;t. We want mods that are on the street and there&#39;s not much exception to that. It&#39;s a matter of credibility. We also want mods that can claim a higher skill level than just "better than 90% of the toy forum".

well first let me say thanks for taking the time to at least explain why i didnt make it. i really do appreciate that. i understand wanting mods that are better and realer. haha.i thought somehow that while i havent made it to the big boy thread yet, my vast improvement while on the site would have been enough. and as really i only am asking to be a toy forum mod, i thought that that woluld also help it slide. but i understand. as for getting real on the streets, well - i have two questions if you dont mind answering them, firstly, what exactly do you mean by that? i mean i havent seen very much work on the street by sumoe (am i mistaken?). are pictures of __ amount of tags enough? or paint? how much? and secondly, when might you seriously be looking for mods again?

im certainly not here just to try to be a mod, so its all good.

I&#39;d say they&#39;d change the shift times everynow and then anyways, the shift time trick is pretty well known thing.

And anyways, it&#39;s possible that at shift change there would be more cops on patrol, like shift a finishs and they do 10 minutes over time and shift b starts 10 minutes early.

Ten minutes of double the bacon...sounds like a fucking Wendy&#39;s burger.

Hey all, I was looking for some help on making a name for myself,(Don&#39;t worry, I&#39;m not asking people to think of something for me). I had some names in mind but I&#39;m concerned about a few things. I&#39;ll use the example of my favourite name I have come up with so far, which is "Kyser" I&#39;m not sure if any legends use that name, or where to find out if any do (or did). Another thing is that, for at least Kyser, I think it&#39;s a fairly common name, and it would be fairly hard to find a world wide unique name anyway, so I&#39;m bound to pick a name someone else is already using, I&#39;m hoping it doesn&#39;t matter as long as I can become better than them.

Any help and/or hints by anyone on this subject would be really appreciated and sorry if this isn&#39;t quite the right place to put this.

breatout - dont bother with buying expensive shit, rack if you wanna but dont buy. untill you get the good letter structure dont bother spending too much money on something that wont help you. buy cheap colours if you have to, else use some standard marker for outlining and dont bother colouring :P

but anyway im grounded and i wanna tag really bad but all i can do is sketch, and even when im done being grounded i probably still wont be able to tag bc none of my friends tag bc their scared of being caught or are "too cool" so i wont have rides anywhere or ppl to tag with, and i dont know any other local writers

I&#39;m to the point where I don&#39;t know where to go with my letters, I&#39;ve perfected them to the point I want them to be at. I can do 3d, I can do simple arrows without them looking like absolute shit. I just CANNOT do letter intersection/overlapping. Any ideas as to where I can start?

it depends how much shit youve done.. some people look at 5-10.. i never really got caught in the act, just with some paint in a bag that wasn&#39;t on me but by a fresh tag. i said someone else did it and then split. so that just gets u a ticket for the minor in possesion of paint thing..
if you get caught with a marker its the same. dont worry about being caught. ever. just dont get caught. know what i mean? ;)

so i ran outa there like biatch (birkin it as well), past my mate outside, and my other mate got caught in the toilets with the manager. I ran outside the burger King past 4 pigs&#33; and both my mates got caught when they didn&#39;t do jack shit.

Now, they said their commin to my school in a few days and they&#39;re gonna ask my mates again if they know me. otherwise their gonna get arrested and the pigs are gonna ask the teachers about me. I&#39;m gonna get arrested and this is all gonna be on my prom night. :) how shit is that&#33;
