Why would you buy a Bob marley canvas

WoeInfinite-The clown face needs more definition or shaping for the head, the straight circle(for a lack of a better way to describe it) makes you lose the evilness that you could and should portray in that type of image
The birds have major potential, but there is wayyy to much white space in the canvas. start to look at your canvas as a whole, and use the white space more efficiently. if you cut a one inch border off around the whole canvas, it would be a lot better. OR even better would be to draw the birds and heart even bigger. To fill up more of the canvas. having just the three simple images, is a great idea, because it keeps the canvas from becoming too busy, which is something that i see way too many people on here having problems with

Anyone seen gesus or phers around lately. I talked to phers on the phone the other day, he seems pretty busy, but damn it would be nice to seem him on here posting some shit to drool over

anyone know how i can get like THICK gloss on wood? like maybe 2mm thick of clear gloss?
without buying like the speical resin shit for it. like if i just poured like gloss medium on it would it work? or should i invest in the epoxy shit

you can get the resin stuff for pretty cheap. people use it to make coffee tables n shit covered in beer caps and what not. it would look the best, using a gloss medium would work but it might have a slight foggy appearance to it when it was so thick, then again it might not. if you were gunna go that route i would try doing like a little 2 inch sample first to check the quality.

Herbn, hey the live art circuit gig is dope man, lots of exposure, and helps you produce under pressure, and eventually drags you outside your comfort zone, and helps you come up with new scenerios in maybe half the time, it would of taken if not pushed to do so..
ive recently been added as a resident painter at this hiphop club i paint at, i attached some of the flyers of up coming shows im painting at, 5000 prints for each show, in every artshop, record store, skateshop and even some food establishments... really helps get your name out there, and once you've found/aquired an audience that appreciates what your doing, its practially a 2nd tax free income.. good luck man!!

ive done it with canvas panels and then glued two together.
it ended up being pretty badass after i finished everything.
it just depends on what you do with it.
i feel like if you did that with a stretched it would lose its rigidity.

thanks guys, yeh its all left over paint so i was surprised that the colors came out good cause thats all i had to work with anyway. just kinda went for it no drawing or any of that bullshit. but yeh that would be kind of hard to rack. 2 feet by 11 3/4.

actually its over a finished one ... i only pick it up when im in the mood ...feel me ? i enjoy canvas and piecing dont get me wrong.. but at heart im a tagger so id rather do that over anything else graffiti related.:o but ive done a lot to it since that picture.. i gotta go "shopping" for some more colors that i ran out of as always..i look at it and see new things constantly.. to me my peices are never done they constantly change in my head when i look at them so when i get to a certain point .....i either gotta give it away or sell it or it will wind up getting covered over with something new.. thats why you see old peices in my backrounds..

i've seen like 20 versions of that piece sketched/colored or painted.
and they have all been finished to the same point. the first few letters look finished and the last two are usually just semi-filled in.

^that one is layered in epoxy, like it looks liek the ink is floating in teh air above the wood.

not yet.. im askin $200, its on a 30"x30" gallerystyle canvas, (2" thick with crossframing) the canvas alone was 45, soo...

red is liquitex acrylic applied with a foam brush so there are no brush strokes, the color is called cadmium red medium, the color is a series 5 (the most expensive and highest quality series) the color is derived naturally from soil and found in rocks it is not a hue or synthetically made in a lab, the actual cadmium extract in consentrated form relects light soo well becuase is literally has billions of microscopic metal particles in it.. looks way more potent in person and also shows well in dim lighting.. =) happy painting!!!
