Shoe Polish Marker, easy shit to find. Either use the shoe polish that comes with it or you can dump it out, and use your own ink or paint.

-If your going to use paint. Find some cheap crafters paint thats permanent enough.
-Mix it up with water in the shoe polish marker, and SHAKE it well before you bomb or it wont be able to breathe. and It well have a dent in the damn bottle.

a pump system is a nib(the felt tip at the end of a pen) and a spring in between the pen's resevoir of ink. the pump system pushes ink from the bottom of the pen into a little area at the top and then the NIB soaks with paint.

the only way ur guna find shit out is if you look on this site long enough wit ur mouth shut and just take in alot of wat ppl say on here and you will learn enough to start you off. dont start making inks straigh off, dont go tagging everywhere you go, stick to a book and practise, practise, practise, practise and more practise and dont do pieces with arrows everywhere it just fucks up ur piece and it makes it look like a dogs breakfast. stick to the basics and jst buy a fucking jumbo posca to start off with. good colours good price and its got a pump system;)
