from ********.com you can buy a powder that you add to your inks/pain it makes it so you wont be able to wash it out even with strong chemicals. And you can add it to your markers so its much cheaper, $3 for 1 packet, 1 packet works for around 250ml of paint.
it also comes in 4 colours.
the black powder looks like this, and you just mix it in.
