Its just stealing dawg, Either you do it or you dont theres no inbetween, if there locked up then find a place where its open and put it in your pocket. dont go into all the crazy ways of racking just walk up and stick it in you pants and walk out, if not then just buy it, simple as that. It was a huge part of graffiti in the early years and still is today, the real bombers usually steal there paint because they go through ten cans a night easily. I myslef have done it a couple times just to get the rush and feel its a part of graffiti that every writer should do atleast once. You feel good after and noone really gets hurt, big box stores account for shoplifting so they raise popular products for a couple of cents to cover there loss for stolen items.

tl:dr, Ask your parents for 15 dollars cash to go to "the movies" and go buy colour place from wallmart, that shit is like 1.50 per and just get 10 cans. If the cashier asks you anything just be like im painting my shed.
