Just download the file from the site. Do you have a program on your mac called Stuffit Archive? Search your HDD to find it. If you don't just search "rar expander for Mac" in google and you should find some free program. Then find the .rar file you are trying to open and right click (control+click if you have a mac mouse) and click on "open with". Search for the rar expander program and open it. It should then open those files with that program allowing you to view and open the mp3 files that were inside the .rar file.

All you really have to do is ask. The reason alot of stuff isn't being posted is because I can't keep track of what has already been posted or what people would be into. I know what's hot and I post what I feel everyone in this forum "should" be listening to. Stop complaining and make some decent requests. Those that are large contributors to this thread are sick of the "I know slug is hot, and my boy told me about this guy MF Doom once...up some of that ish." I have no problem fulfilling requests but 1. you can easily find that material on your own and 2. it's been upped like a million times already. Nothing would satisfy me more than any of you clowns asking for some rare 12" from 100x, Brainsick Mob, or the Alps Cru but I haven't seen it happen up to this point. Also, thank you to all those that give appreciation back - it takes on average a good 10-15 mins. per album to upload, post a picture, and add link. Chocolate Industries put this out in 1998 as a double-12" most likely because all of the Ninja Tune producers reworked the track in one form or another. I just felt I'd include it because it was part of the discography and there are some instrumental/electronic fans amongst us.
