Back when I was writing Dusty Pickup the process got quite heavy at times. I had been working on some songs with a producer out in Seattle by the name Priz (you now know him by SLOUCH ). Because Dusty Pickup was such a draining process for me, I would write very fun and playful songs while working with Slouch. The writing of these songs provided relief for me in a difficult time. Most of these songs have been available for listening before (bidibop island, people food, cartoon). After putting out Dusty Pickup, these songs remained on a hard drive and would had been forgotten about had it not been for people's continued interest in them.

I decided to go back and revive them. After listening to them and discovering the poor recordings, I contacted Slouch and told him my plan. He refined the production of the songs and I re-recorded them with some really great gear from a close friend of mine (Exile of CHANNEL ZERO). I also recorded a song that has never before been heard because it had been written but not recorded after all this time. We sent it out to be mastered with some help from my superb friend and pseudo-manager Nick (creator of Angle Side Side). The album was mastered by L-Rox (of Redsecta Mastering) who is a champion dude. He mastered Dusty Pickup and is one of my favorite people to work with.

This E.P. consists of five songs that are truly goofy and genuinely laughable. Some of you may already know some of these songs. If you do, this is your chance to have them for your own. If you have never heard them, it will provide a glimpse into my earlier recording career. It's a bit rough around the edges and represents an artist I used to be a few years back. An artist that needed an outlet from his outlet.

Thank you for everyone who helped in this process. I hope you can find pleasure in these songs in a rough time just as I did (free of charge of course).
