you have to have permission by the owner( who happens to do graffiti too) and you can't suck, or else he won't let you. just Email Meresone@aol.com, so I geuss send him some of your work and you might be able to get a permit.

Yes, that KILZ primer white is fucking splendid. The best way to put it is it's like spraying a solid white sticker on the wall. As for outlines, Tar-Based paint works great,or any thick paint.
