Real talk? please. you may be correct when it comes to the legitimacy of warrants. But when it comes to arrests, what the fuck are you people talking about. They DON'T have to read you your rights BEFORE arresting you.
An arrest is made on suspicion, that's it. Now if they want to have you CHARGED with their suspicion, they will try and gather as much evidence they can, if they DON'T read your rights to you BEFORE any questioning, that information obtained isn't admissible in court ( IF challenged) and won't be considered evidence, THAT'S IT! They can still arrest you on their suspicion and they probably have a strong enough case to have you charged with something just on the physical evidence(paint etc), so they wouldn't give that back.
A case isn't thrown away based on WHEN you were read your Miranda rights, the information gathered in relation to when you were read your rights is only thing that has the potential to be "thrown away."
