I recently purchased a molotow 620,a Markwell, and an otr tagstar. i ordered the tagstar in black. When it came i recieved a blue with a note that said sorry,were out of black. I didnt mind too much, but it was disapointing. The thing that ticked me off was that the tagstar didnt even work. I dont know what was wrong with it, but no ink comes out.

maybe its just the pump system. it happened to me but i didn't order it, i got it from someone. maybe theyll send you another one for free.
