- stupid pig didn't find my weed
- whilst they check our records (all clean) i ponder if i should light the roach still on the table that we showed the cop and we break out in laughter
- cop comes out and says these exact words "unfortunatly it looks like ur all law abiding citizens"
- we giggle
- He picks up the roach and says "I'll get rid of this intoxicating substance for you guys"
- we giggle some more
- He leaves us with the words "Say No To Drugs" and we hide our laughter but i was dying
- We leave the park and continue the night around the city

ok so me and my friends are chillen at my house and this kid who is a steraight vergin to weed asks me if i have any. i look at my other friend, smile and look back and say "yeah hold on". so i go to get my pipe and put some compressed dried up grass in the bowl. i give it to him and he n*gger lips my pipe first off but then i light it and he sucks in... so he smokes it all. we all go out side and i say "you smoked lawn mowed grass bitch!" and he looks at me and says "i knew something was goping on!"

so hes all cool about it now but this is something ill have to ry out more often.

--Expands the federal “three strikes and you’re out� law to include new offenses, including mandating life imprisonment (with no possibility of parole) for anyone convicted a third time under the RAVE Act.

--Mandates a 10-year minimum sentence for anyone 21 or older that gives marijuana or others drugs to someone under 18 (i.e. a 21 year old college students gives a joint to his 17-year old brother). A second offense would be life in prison.

--Expands what is considered to be a “drug-free� school zone to include almost any place in an urban area, and increases penalties for selling or distributing drugs in that area. (The result will be enhanced penalties for people in inner cities, while people in rural and suburban areas get less time for the same offense).

--Mandates a 5-year minimum sentence for any person that commits a drug trafficking offense near the presence of a person under 18 or in a place where such person resides for any period of time. The sentence is 10 years if they are parent. (I.e. a mother that sells her neighbor a joint will get a 10-year minimum sentence, even if her kids were at school at the time).

BC growers can sell weed that by Canadian-standards wouldn&#39;t be worth very much as &#39;mids&#39; to people in the US and make a hefty profit, whereas the Canadian market is more demanding on the quality of buds coming out of BC.

yeah, i dont smoke and dont care for tobacco, but i find that running bottle tokes off of a smoke gets me the highest from my hash/oil... more bang for the buck. one gram of hash costs &#036;15 (CDN) more than a gram of pot (&#036;25 for hash, &#036;10 for pot), but will last probably 10 or more times longer.

for those who don&#39;t know what bottle tokes are, you simple get a glass bottle and knock a hole in the side of it (put a dime inside, find the seam, smack the bottle in a quick motion against your shoe/leg so that the dime hits the seam and breaks a hole in the bottle.... or use a plastic bottle and burn a hole in the side of it). put the cap on the bottle (or cover with your hand), break out some tokes (small balls of hash, a little bigger than say a pin head), get your smoke glowing nice and bright, blow off the ash, and press the smoke down on the toke to pick up the toke, it&#39;ll start making its own very-visible stream. put it in the side hole of the bottle and let the bottle fill up with smoke... you&#39;ll be able to see when the hash toke stops streaming... then exhale, take in the full bottle full of smoke, and exhale (dont hold too long, hash and tobacco smoke each do nasty things to your lungs). for you crazy nuts, you can run snake-eyes but pushing the cigarette down on the toke, then turning it to the other side and pressing the other side of the cigarette and pick up a second toke, and let them both stream (and no, you can&#39;t just use 1 toke that&#39;s twice as big... takes longer to burn and results in more tobacco smoke, and the possiblity of not burning all the insides, so snake-eyes is better than one big toke). of course, running tokes off a joint gets ya fucked up, and running snake-eyes off a joint is just ridiculous.

for oil tokes you just dip a pin into your oil, get a toke-sized blob on the end, hold a lighter close to the the oil so that it gets runny, and let it drip onto the burning end of a smoke (takes 2 people, one to hold the smoke, another to &#39;drive&#39; the oil onto it by heating up the pin. then just put the smoke inside the side of a bottle and run like hash tokes. i like rolling oil joints though (smearing it on the paper)... bottle tokes can be a hassle sometimes, needing 2 people to run them and all.

anywho, sorry for all of you who already know about bottle tokes, but i was talking to some people today and i was surprised to learn that bottle tokes aren&#39;t as common knowledge outside canada as they are within.

Chillums are tight. They hit differently then pipes. No carb, so you cant control it as much, but you can milk them much better, plus, you can geta nice cherry going.

They are much more &#39;rich&#39; kind of, thicker smoke instead of the blasts you get from pipes....
