To each their own.. If you use marijuana as a sleeping aide, its best if you buy some melatonin at a health food store. Smoking marijuana increases the melatonin production in your brain dramaticially, so by the time you come down you have no melatonin in your brain which means you won&#39;t get good REM sleep, which is the deep sleep state. So if you smoke before you goto bed, and don&#39;t feel rested in the morning you should cop some of this stuff.

But at the same time, if you&#39;ve got insomnia and you know what its like to spend 8 hours lying in your bed totally exausted and not being able to goto sleep you&#39;ll know thats torture on the mind. Thats why I smoke a good personal blunt or two before bed, usually puts me right out while I&#39;m watching the sopranos.

yo ares, if you use brownies for sleeping pilsl you might as well jsut make weed pills, not marinol actual weed pills, oil and finely gorudned bud cooked so the thc gets activated and caught in the oil then put in a gel capsule and taken...very recommended...here&#39;s the recipe

1)The first piece of equipment you will need is a blender. One with exceptionally sharp blades. Sharpen them with a small round file. HINT: a cofee mill or grinder will also work.

2)Put your very dry Marijuana leaf into the blender and grind the stuff up. ( BUDS work great too &#33;&#33;&#33; ) NEXT: Strain the ground POT thru a brass screen. A 000 ( triple-000 ) guage brass screen easily obtained from your local hardware store. Blend and re-blend the stuff and filter it thru the screen repeatedly. The object is to end up with ground weed near the consistancy of flour for the maximum serface area. ( AND SURFACE AREA IS THE KEY&#33;&#33;&#33; )

3)Next we will need to rupture the tiny Maruijana cells and capture the stony THC. You will need a Microwave oven for this. ( However I have found that any signifigant heat source will work. )

4)Place your very refined Marijuana powder in a clear, Microwave- able pyrex/glass container.

5)Add an edible cooking oil to your POT powder. Mr. Salemi recomends olive oil &#39;cause he is an Italian However any edible cooking oil will work. ( Try Peanutbutter Oil &#33;&#33;&#33; ) YUM The amount of oil cannot be specified as it depends on your amount of POT powder Mr. Salemi recomends a 20% oil-to-powder ratio.

6)Next NUKE your deliciouse concoction of OIL/MARIJUANA powder. Add oil if necessary. The mixture must become oily, thick, black, and of a tarr-like consistancy. Repeate this NUKEing process several times if you must and between each NUKEing stire the batch to homoginize and ditribute heat evenly.

7)What is happening is that the Microwaves are bursting the stoney Marijuana cells like popcorn and the THC is escapeing only to be trapped by the cooking oil thus makeing the Marijuana totally digestable and almost 100% of the THC to be absorbed by your digestive system only to go strait to your brain &#33;&#33;&#33; ENJOY&#33;

8)Next: let the stuff cool. Then at room temp. place in your freezer. This freezing process might cause the stuff to be even more potent because the freezing process causes the last few remaining POT cells to burst from expansion by crystal- ization. Also if you don&#39;t freeze immediately your brew will become subject to rotting&#33;&#33;

9)After the stuff has cooled for a few hours then begin stuffing the near-solid oil into empty 00 ( bouble-00 ) gelatin capsules you can easily obtain at a grocery store or pharmacy.

10)Store these POT caps in a clean dry jar in your freezer also to prevent spoilage. Take one ( for a good time ) or two ( for a really good time )

Yes, melatonin itself is a natural sleep aid. And yeah, I do take it on the regular and I find it deffintly helps me. Far as the pills go, I&#39;ve made a bunch before. I got nothing really against them, but there isn&#39;t usually any food at my place other than kraft dinner and ramen so i usually go for the cup cakes. That way, I get to eat a meal(if you want to call it that), and get high at the same time. multi-tasking is whats up..

i took 300mg of diphen hydramine twice before...wasnt seein straight on hallucinations but outta the corners of my eyes i could see shit movin and whatnot...like i was lookin at my computer and i couldve sworn there was someone outside my window but when i looked no one was there...just weird shit like that

didnt really have a hangover...just kind of felt really tired and slept a little longer that night

man i saw mad shit. some extremely realistic but most not. i didn&#39;t really see people like most do. i did see true life insects pretty much everytime i did it but other than that not much. i saw countless cartoons in real life. on the 500mg dose with the pills i was unclearly seeing massive shit, like 10ftx10ftx10ft probably 20ft in front of me (it was a monster type thing, had 6 legs n shit, and it was moving on the same spot. it wasn&#39;t extremely vivid or anything tho). might of been something in the pills, i dunno. i also tried the shit on e+k and i was seeing pretty crazy shit. faint lightning was shooting up and down walls, like it had a current.

Also there are potential painful physical side effects, the risk of Nutmeg Psychosis (see below) and the inconveniently long span for which the effects of a single dose can persist. It has also been suggested that in small doses, nutmeg can be a trigger for lucid dreaming. Author and ecopsychologist Paul Devereux says that taking up to 2 teaspoons of ground nutmeg before going to bed can induce lucid dreams. He also suggests starting with between 1/2 - 1 teaspoon for a couple of weeks and move up to 2 teaspoons if it is still not working. It should be noted that Devereux warns against using the nutmeg for such purposes regularly because of health risks; also, once a lucid dream has been achieved, use of nutmeg should be stopped. Furthermore, Devereux warns that nutmeg should not be used for this purpose unless you are confident that your body is in a healthy state, and that nutmeg is a safe option for you.

Nutmeg is extremely toxic when injected intravenously. Nutmeg can also cause liver damage if used regularly in large quantities. Nutmeg has in the past been used as an abortifacient. Nutmeg may also be fatal if used regularly in large quantities, but this is not a problem while cooking, since small amounts are used.[citation needed]

it is cold. we uhhh. well its basically jsut really really really gay. because during the summer when its warm, we have an upside, but not for graffiti. it will stay light for like up to 23 hours in the end of june. not soo good for graffiti. basically, when its warm its too light to really do much. i mean, ill try to ifind it, but i have a action flic of me painting and its at about midnight or so, and if you didnt know what time it is or where i was you would assume it was a midday. and then during the winter, its darkall the time, with sometimes up to like 20 hours of complete darkness. shit sucks&#33; and its too fucking cold to paint. walls frost. paint freezes. caps crack with pressure. hands get frostbite even with gloves. shit is really harsh. basically to the point where during around this time of the year through feb it will be too cold to paint outside at all. haha. shits nuts

SUNRISE -- Police seized 2 ounces of marijuana at the home of Anthony Diotaiuto after shooting him 10 times, according to information on the drug raid released Tuesday.


"Do 2 ounces of marijuana constitute a death warrant?" asked Sunrise resident William de Larm, a friend of Diotaiuto&#39;s.


Diotaiuto, 23, was killed hours after he got home from work by a SWAT team looking for drugs. Friends and family say Diotaiuto worked two jobs, went to church regularly, and was dedicated to giving himself and his mother, Marlene Whittier, a better life.

Lt. Robert Voss, spokesman for the Sunrise Police Department, gave this account of the raid:

The SWAT team knocked on Diotaiuto&#39;s door and "announc[ed] their presence" before smashing in his door about 6:15 a.m. They found Diotaiuto in his living room and ordered him to "freeze" and get on the ground.

Instead, Voss said, Diotaiuto fled to his bedroom and "armed himself" with a loaded handgun. Voss said it is unclear whether Diotaiuto pointed the gun at officers.

In addition to the marijuana, Voss said, officers seized plastic bags and weight scales from Diotaiuto&#39;s home. Possession of 2 ounces of marijuana is a felony, according to state statutes.

Neighbors who said they heard the crash of the front door being smashed, but no yelling announcing the presence of police.


At the Sunrise meeting, 15 people stood, many wearing black armbands adorned with a golden heart, as de Larm told the five-member commission about how Diotaiuto was planning his first real vacation. The trip would have included a visit to his 91-year-old grandmother.
