if you are an inexperienced roller...blunt wraps are definitely the way to go. you don't have to use the whole wrap...so basically you can roll whatever you have.

swisher makes regular sized cigars as well, but all those kinds of cigars...(phillies, white owls, swishers) are basically budget cigars basically made for rolling blunts, they arent "good cigars"

you can get dutches, games, garcia vegas...again...not "good cigars" but they burn slower and are better for blunts (depending on who you ask)

some people will tell you green leaves are bad for you...but fuck it...you're smoking anyways.

slower burning blunts are also harder to roll.

start with wraps, move on to phillies white owls and swishers...then eventually you will be able to roll dutches and what not...its just a matter of being able to stick the leaves on.

the reason that i suggest the cough gels is because you dont need to extract anything because its a DXM only (active ingredient) pill. you can extract it from the syrup but thats just work you dont need to do when you can just get the cough gels. and as far as empty gel caps.. you can usually get em at health food stores.. and if not then online. but the health food joints sell them for people who make their own vitamins and herbal medications and shit.
