good bud with seeds in it does not mean it was a hermi. it means that it was a female plant that was pollenated by a male plant, probably before the males were removed from the grow space. the fact that it was only a small part of one plant that was pollenated increases the chances that the seed is a hermi, but ive managed to get females from bag seed before. good luck with your plant she looks a little overwatered from the leaves drooping a bit on top but nice growth for outdoor.

and i used to smoke oxy's as well, ive somed X twice but it was a waste of a pill but smoking oxys does get u fucked up but you got to know how to do that shit, i used to be big on smoking opitaes mainly morphine patches in cigar tubes.... used to smoke the hell out of 3 days patches in about 20 mins...

but not all has to be tar but it helps because ifnot the powder burns quickers and its a waste, you can also add a lil water and bake it back kinda.. then just smoke the red/brownish sticky ness laid out from the water and powder but your gonna have to have the right mixture
