The U.S. Government has never done any LEGITIMATE research on the subject and in the case that they have they've only released out-dated, dis-proven, or down right ridiculously fucking stupid claims. i used to put steaming hot watter in the first container than crushed ice and water in the secound bigger one. it was smother than any real glass bong i have ever hit. i made it my self in the auto shop at school with pneumatics tubing and parts for the robotics club.
