Cardboard envelope (12.5" x 9.5") Maximum 4 lbs.

im pretty sure those run at ten dollars each and hold up to 4 pounds. that'll ship _anywhere_ in the world in like 3 days. make sure the blackbook is under 4 lbs.


atfer that, all you need is rip off the strip that releases the adhesive, seal the envelope, fill out a customs declaration on it and stick that to the back of it and put the addresses in the fields on back of it and send it off.

if you get what i'm saying, lemme know. if you dont, i'll throw around some measurements, draw out schematics, post more pictures...


oh oh, and teh envelope is free, shipping is what costs the ten dollars. i use mine to make stencils.

postage isnt rated by distance, it's Weight * Country..and if its just in the USA, its weight. getting it out of the US is gonna cost the shipper $10, and i think thats cheapest. i dunno, i have to look into some other things.

weight is a factor, but i believe in the us, zip codes are like area codes in that when you're sending a weighted package, it costs more to send it further distance. anyway, this way seems pretty airtight, so im sticking with it.

Foe I'm thinking that maybe some people could contribute just stickers(to save time and shipping costs), also stickers can cover up pages that are bled through but everyone lay down bleed sheets so felt pens don't bleed through 3-4 pages-nothing worse than wasting pages.

Amniotic, I'm not sure when I'll be sending it out. Here's the process, my "to-do list."

1. Re-organize the route since I forgot the HP members that signed up. Which means get a map of the US, draw out the shortest route, then do the same for Canada.
2. Make the actual list of the route
3. Finish writing out all the rules to be included with the book.
4. Take it to school and use their little machine to figure out postage.
5. Send it out.

Do to some setbacks, my plan for sending out tomarrow may be bumped up to sending it out in about 3 days. Sorry, my fault. I'm working on this as fast as I can because I'm just as excited about this as you guys are.

First, I wanna say thanks to the people who DID help me organize this, though. Zealot for bringing the idea back, Geez for helping me out with some of the Canada folk, Gesus for doing the inside front cover work, Phayce for (hopefully) doing the inside back cover work, and Newz for passin it around the BS shops.

Geez and Gesus, I'm also going to include sealed envelopes containing the stickers I owe you in the package. Hopefully, people will respect that as well and just pass it along till it gets to you. This won't be as much of an issue for Gesus since he's on the east coast and will be on of the first to get it.

Here's a broad outline of the route.

Starting from NC, it will travel south down the east coast to Florida. Then, it makes its way west through Texas and up to Cali, up to the Washington area, through the US midwest, through Chicago, then through New England, then into Canada. I think Newz is the first Canadian to get the book. I'm still working on the Canada route, though

I'm really excited about this. I know it's just a passaround and most of you have done these before, but I've never done one on a scale this big, and it means a lot to me that so many people are interested in signing it, even if it is for Zewl.

I didn't know Zewl personally, but we did talk a lot, on bombingscience and on msn. He was like a mentor to me, man, and he showed me a lot of shit I still use. I remember the first time he showed me that flick of him doin' handstyles on a post in his underwear. I thought that was so fucking funny, I went out and did the same thing and showed him the flick, and we had a good laugh over it. Without exaggeration, he taught me more about graff one-on-one than I think anyone else has. I cried when he died, man, and I didn't even know the guy, but the sheer impact he had on my style brought me to where I am today.

So I'm extraordinarily happy to see this many people who want to pay their respects to this man. And I know those who knew him personally are especially grateful.

once i shipped 500 USPS label 228s in an envelope international, the wrong address, and customs dug into it, probably because the address was weird and the envelope was built out of a manilla envelope and duct tape...

Long story short, I got the package back with an address unknown stamp on it and green 'opened by US customs' tape on the side, with everything still inside.

now, that was US customs. the postal service mightve been pissed, if one of their oompa-loompas had dropped the package and it exploded and 50000 stickers covered the floor....

This is going to be sent to so many jusrisdictions anyway, that there is no one authority to look into the matter. I sure as hell don't think the FBI will give a fuck. This won't be as much of an issue for Gesus since he's on the east coast and will be on of the first to get it.

Here's a broad outline of the route.

Starting from NC, it will travel south down the east coast to Florida. Then, it makes its way west through Texas and up to Cali, up to the Washington area, through the US midwest, through Chicago, then through New England, then into Canada. I think Newz is the first Canadian to get the book. I'm still working on the Canada route, though
