but u still only have one ip. that no 2 have, its a digital fingerprint in a way. but when u reboot and reconnect its differenmt. thats why ip ban is so uneffective. they arent static ips...

like i have 2 ips. my real computer one and one my isp give me. no1 can set theres as mine and still connect
