honestly, you really need to work on that... dont take offense to it cuz im not much better but im just giving you my opinion.. at first glance i could only make out the a and m.. but after seeing what you posted from your blackbook i assume it says Cram.. so #1. work on your legibility (move those circles on the c and r higher) #2. get rid of those black dots on the r and a and eliminate that space in your a... #3. you want the spacing between letters to be consistent so either cram the letters together more or space out the m more to match the others...
