but be careful when you're racking those mailbox stickers... with the letters on em. if you get busted racking those 1)you're a dumb fuck 2)they know what the deal is and have a good idea of what you write

think about it, you steal a stack of 75, easily each trip.. each one cost about 70 cents... you do the math. it adds up quick. so don't get caught.

I've been writing for only a few months now. I write "AvE" short for "Avery" which is a nickname of mine.

A few months ago I got busted for painting on the school (I was writing Boomer at the time, but I have since left that name behind), the cop looks up at the wall, sees "Boomer" and asks "What's 'Avery' supposed to mean?"
I got suspended from school, in shit with the cops, etc...
But what bugged me was how the pigs charged me for doing something they didn't understand; hell they couldn't even read it. Who the fuck are they to tell me not to do something they don't even understand?
People have called me Avery since then, so I shortened it to AvE; and a tagger was born!

Thought I might as well write up a little introduction. I'm 17 and I live just outside of Toronto, Canada. I've done little more than the odd, probably entirely pointless bit of a graff here and there throughout the years, but my brain has always been surrounded firmly by 'art', whatever that art may be (my job being the most obvious giveaway, I write for the Score), and in the last few weeks, maybe months, I've began to give graffiti a bit more thought, and it looks like something I may want to get into.

Again, I can't claim to be big into graffiti yet, or even have the slightest clue what I'm talking about, but it's always held a bit of an interest for me and it's becoming more and more pronounced by the day. I've been learning shitloads the last few weeks I've been lurking around on graff forums, and once more, it looks like something I want to get into.

For anyone wondeing, my username comes from the band 'Fear Before the March of Flames', and my avatar is the album cover of Circa Survive's debut release, Juturna.
